Lady Gaga, Pink and Mariah Carey Are Fur-Free & Fabulous For PETA

PETA‘s new campaign Fur-Free & Fabulous features Lady GaGa, Pink and Mariah Carey.  PETA is celebrating the three since they are not only great singers but they have made a commitment not to wear fur and are outspoken on their  attitudes against wearing fur.   They are featured in a special “Fur-Free and Fabulous” ad, released just in time for the 2011 Grammy Awards.

Peta says of the three:

These musical powerhouses have good reason to shun fur—every fur coat, vest, hat, or fur-trimmed accessory causes animals an immeasurable amount of suffering and ends their life. Foxes, minks, rabbits—even dogs and cats—are bludgeoned, stomped, electrocuted, and gassed to death, and many are skinned while still alive. You can help put an end to this unimaginable cruelty by choosing never to buy or wear fur or fur-trim.

The ad, which features all three of the anti-fur singers together, will tower over the corner of Sunset Boulevard and La Brea Avenue in Los Angeles.  KUDO’s to the Lady GaGa, Mariah and Pink!

Lady Gaga wore a meat dress. Isn’t that as bad as fur??? Her presence in the campaign discredit it…
