According to new reports, rehabbed actress Lindsay Lohan has been offered a plea bargain agreement that would only see her doing 90 days in jail or less.
After she was charged with grand larceny over a necklace theft from Kamofie & Company, Lindsay was told by the judge that there was no way out of this without getting any jail time. Since, we’ve learned that the current deal on the table is a mere 90 days. It might sound like a lot to you or I, but if she takes this case to court to fight it and loses, she could be in the slammer for an entire year.
I guess the “I’m an airhead” excuse is completely out of the window, right? Should she just take the deal and serve the time? She’s very likely to get out of jail early due to celebrity justice overcrowding. Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
