Mariah Yeater is adamant that Justin Bieber is the father of her son, Tristyn. A reporter for the Chicago Sun-Times spoke with Mariah Yeater – and when asked, the woman who has accused Justin Bieber of being the biological father of her son Tristyn said unequivocally: ‘I do believe Justin Bieber is the father.’
When Mariah was asked if she dropped her paternity lawsuit against Bieber she replied, ‘I am still pursuing the paternity claim through my Chicago attorney Jeffery Leving and my Los Angeles attorney John Carlson but outside of court.’
The single mom added ‘I dropped my lawsuit, but never my claim. I still definitely want a DNA test and I want to refile my paternity case.’
As far as Mariah’s claim that she and Justin had hot backstage sex after a concert she said YES – ‘I had sex with him on Oct. 25, 2010 in a bathroom at the Staples Center in L.A.’

Of course we all know that Justin had a DNA test but we neither know of any results nor do we know if the test was done according to Mariah’s lawyers specification for proper chain of custody – besides, even if Bieb’s part of the test was legit, Mariah needs to provide a DNA sample from Tristyn for the test to be completed.
In order for Justin to be Tristyn’s father he had to have had sex with Mariah. With the news out that Bieber’s favorite place to be is the Playboy Mansion we have to ask the question – did Justin Bieber have sex with Mariah Yeater?
