Tonight on MTV a whole new episode of TEEN MOM 2 airs called “Keeping Hope Alive.” On tonight’s show Leah finds some upsetting e-mails from her baby’s father Corey. Leah realizes her marriage to him is over. Did you see last week’s season premiere? We did and we recapped it here for you.
On last week’s show Leah struggles with her pending divorce, while Chelsea’s been hanging out with Adam again. Jenelle is trying to stay clean on probation, and Kailyn realizes she wants to get back together with Jo. Jenelle tries to stay on the straight and narrow, Chelsea decided to get back together with Adam, Kailyn learns about Jo’s new girl and Leah deals with her separation from Corey
On tonight’s show Teen Moms: Jenelle Evans, Kailyn Lowry, Chelsea Houska, and Leah Messer return for more drama. Jenelle fails a drug test; Leah and Corey attend custody mediation; and Kailyn tries to connect with her estranged mother.

Time for another installment of the completely screwed up lives of Teen Mom 2. Leah is going through her divorce from Corey and she has received an email from her attorney about working out the kinks of her divorce settlement. She’s not ready to let go of him and have the marriage be over. Meanwhile Chelsea is contemplating quitting her job, by not showing up. She had an altercation with a manager and just wants to avoid the whole situation. On a good note Adam surprised her with a promise ring for her birthday. Now she just has to figure out how to tell her dad.
Jenelle is a wreck because she knows her probation is about to be violated. She smoked pot a few days earlier and now has to take a drug test. Kailyn is on the verge of getting her heart crushed. She still has hope that she’ll get back together with Jordan but he has things heating up with another girl. Kailyn also realized that her mother has blocked her phone number so that she can’t call her.
Jenelle decides to come clean with her mom and tell her up front that she smoked and will inevitably fail her drug test. She’s contemplating taking a drink that supposedly will detox her and help her to pass her drug test the next day. Chelsea did avoid confrontation and not only quit her job, but had a friend return her keys because she was too chicken to do it herself. Chelsea shows her mom the ring and mom isn’t thrilled. She’s even less thrilled about Chelsea quitting her job.
Jenelle took the detox drink and is having a hard time keeping it down. She fails her drug test and finds out that her probation officer is violating her. Jenelle is bawling her eyes out because she thinks she’ll be going to jail. Kailyn is trying to sort through the mess with Jordan and she’s feeling completely alone in the world.
Leah is getting ready for her divorce mediation and is nervous about seeing Corey again. They talk after the mediation and Corey tells her he got tired of chasing her. He put up with a lot and he had reached his limit so that’s why marriage counseling wasn’t an option for him. She’s in tears listening to him rant about her slutty behavior.
Kailyn decides to call Jordan to talk. She tells him about her mom blocking her number. She has decided that she’s done with her mom and he agrees it’s for the best. She apologizes to Jordan and they decide to meet in person.
Jenelle gets smart and decides to meet with her lawyer about failing her drug test. He tells her she’ll have two options either 45 days in jail or 9 months of probation. She doesn’t want to deal with 9 months of probation and she wants her freedom. She’s a basket case because her whole life is falling apart but never once does she own the fact that it’s all her own fault.
Leah decided to break into Corey’s email and read all of his emails from other girls. Let me get this straight- she left and filed for divorce but is pissed because he is seeing other women! Alrighty. Kailyn meets with Jordan at a park because she needs to vent about her mom. They haven’t spoken in 6 months and Jordan tells her she has done a phenomenal job with their son Isaac.
Chelsea’s dad is throwing her a birthday party but she’s afraid he will find out about her job situation and notice her promise ring. But of course he notices and manages to stay quiet. He comments on it being a great birthday since she’s jobless and back with Adam.
Jenelle meets her mom at the park with Jace to discuss her failed drug test. Actually Jenelle won’t get out of the car while telling her mom that she wants weed because it makes her feel better. She also told her attorney the same thing. Her son is playing outside the car while Jenelle cries from the drivers seat because she has no drugs to help her. This episode ends with Jenelle crying as she drives. Do you think she’ll ever take responsibility for her actions?
