It was reported earlier this week that Madonna had finally separated from her very young lover, Brahim Zaibat. I don’t think this is much of a surprise to anyone, much less Madonna herself. However, the question now is who she will move on to. Will she finally go back to someone her age? Or will she continue to play around with dudes half her age?
Madonna’s 55 years old. As we all know, Hollywood ain’t kind to older women, but Madonna’s managed, mostly based on her star power and the fact that she’s pretty much an icon in the industry. However, most of her boyfriends have been unknowns, mostly singers or young men with vague connections to the industry. Just as Madonna’s using them to try to relive her youth, they were probably using her to gain a foothold in the industry. It’s not unheard of, and really, why else would they be with her? Sure, they might have actually been in ‘love’, but nobody’s that delusional, are they?
Anyway, one name suggested over and over again for Madonna’s new BF is Harry Styles. Madonna reportedly finds Harry very cute, but does anyone seriously believe that they will date? Sure, he’s dated older women, but nobody THAT old. Second of all, he has absolutely nothing to gain from that relationship. Also, he’s a bit too twee, and I say that in the best possible way. The boy can manage to pull off dating 30 year-olds and maybe even 40-year-olds, but not a 55-year-old.
