Remember last week when it seemed to be confirmed that Bruce Jenner was done with reality television and Hollywood in general? Well guess what? That was a flaming pile of nonsense, probably planted by the worst “momager” on earth to try and edge Bruce out of the family business. Not only is he not going anywhere, but he was more than happy to speak to People Magazine about the little misunderstanding, saying,
“The reports of me quitting Keeping Up With The Kardashians are completely fabricated. I’m currently shooting season nine and look forward to season ten and any future seasons. I love working with my family.”
So there you have it. Try as they might, the Kardashian Krew isn’t going to be able to edge Bruce out of their TV lives, especially when he still has a contract to honor. The real issue here is Bruce’s rather radical recent steps towards gender reassignment surgery. We could say he was just experimenting if Bruce stopped with the lipstick and french manicure, but he hasn’t. You don’t shave your Adam’s apple and then start to take hormones to help you grow breasts if you don’t intend to finish the whole process. Think about it, he really is going all the way with this and that, is not the kind of reality that Kris Jenner wants to have to contend with.
On the flip side, E! has to want Bruce to stick around because they know that he has one hell of a story line and it’ll pull in viewers like crazy. Isn’t it neat how Bruce has managed to silence Kris? I mean think about it, she is nowhere to be seen now – as opposed to in our faces every single day. She doesn’t want to answer questions and so hiding out in embarrassment has felt like her only option. Can Bruce bring down the whole family empire just by being himself – by turning into a woman?
