Olympic Ice Dancing Gold Medal winner Charlie White danced a Tango, on tonight’s season 18 episode 2 of Dancing with the Stars. The show kicks off with a show-stopping opening number choreographed by Mandy Moore featuring the entire cast followed by an announcement that is not to be missed! On tonight’s show each couple will perform a dance style of the celebrities choosing including Swing, Tango, Jive, Salsa, Samba, Rumba and the Cha Cha. The couples face the first nerve-racking round of elimination. Additionally, “The Switch Up” begins and voting guidelines will be revealed live. For the first time ever, America will be given the power to vote and change celebrity and professional dance pairings.
On last episode Charlie performed a Contemporary dance and Bruno loved it saying, “You’re an artist, the attention to detail was incredible. it had a dramatic story arc. When you start at this level it is a high standard to maintain. That was astonishing.”

JUDGES COMMENTS: Carrie Ann: “First of all the power came from you and the power of dance. What a beautiful way to see it. You looked like Mikhail Baryshnikov out there.” Len: “Charles listen carefully you are use to being judged and you know in your sport there are rules and if you don’t the judges go down on you. You cannot break hold. You broke the rules, you left me no where else to go.” Bruno: ” Charlie don’t worry I love you when you are bad. Stealthy, what I saw coming out of you was the predatory killer instinct.”
