Phaedra Parks Learns Apollo Nida Could Face Life Sentence: Prepares To Testify Against Him

What is that saying? The way that you get your husband is how you’ll lose him? It looks like there may be a whole lot of truth to that theory for The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Phaedra Parks! Girlfriend first represented her husband, Apollo Nida during his racketeering trial years ago and after he spent five years in prison the two married pretty quickly. My guess is that she was initially hoping that her husband had changed his ways but as we learned last week, he’s the same old shady guy she first met.

According to the Feb. 10th print edition of Life & Style magazine Apollo surrendered to police after being charged with identity theft and bank fraud and while he has been released on bail, ultimately if convicted he could be looking at life in prison. This obviously raises a whole bunch of questions. A big one is whether or not Phaedra will also be charged. Apollo hardly seems like the brains behind the operation here but she on the other hand, is smart. She’s also an attorney and would know how to dance around the legalities in order to guide Apollo’s now-failed scam.

Phaedra had stopped practicing law in order to focus on being a mortician. Do you think she’ll put herself back in the courtroom to defend her husband and if so, will she watch him go back to prison? Sources close to her say that she is in total denial and is insisting things are fine and that the charges can be fought. Phaedra just doesn’t want to admit that her family is at risk. Do you think they’ll both be in a heap of trouble before the dust settles? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!

#1- she’s in on it;#2- this will prevent her from being able to start up an extension of their criminal activity- do ppl have any idea what she could get into as a mortician….selling bones and skin etc. This will actually have her soul- as she will not be able to get into eternal damnation by disrespecting ppl’s bodies.

She lied to everybody about her baby’s due date. Flat-out lied. She lost to Sheree’s athlete husband who represented himself. I can’t imagine that her husband would be capable of arranging all those companies himself. It’s just all very fishy but it will come out soon. Imagining how loud Nene will laugh gives me a giggle. Actually, No, Phaedra’s next several lies will be the biggest giggle. Phaedra should consider arranging legal guardians for her royal children just in case.

  4. […] Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Stewart may not know much about the history of the Underground Railroad, but she sure knows how to fuel speculation in the media. Porsha posted a photo on her Instagram account on January 31st with a prominent belly bulge showing through her tight Alexander Wang dress, and all of her Twitter followers imploded her page with comments about the Georgia peach looking pregnant. Now, exactly a week later, Porsha has remained mum as to whether or not she’s baking a little peach cobbler in her oven right now. […]

It IS smart if she is the mastermind behind all of this. Wives and husbands cannot testify against each other.

I Dont think Phaedra has anything to do with these schemes! However, she can be charged with a crime just by her name being attached to these business entities! I think that she has no part in it whatsoever! She is an attorney…..and a mother of 2!!! And she knows exactly how crucial these charges are. If she did know about it, she didn’t participate! When St Julien told it all…..she would have stated Phaedra knew or participated as well.

Phaedra’s husband is just a criminal! He likes that life! I believe Apollo’s story just as much as I believe Taylor’s story about getting abused by her suicidal dead husband!
