Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Katherine Kelly Lang is leaving the CBS soap opera to appear on Italy’s Dancing With The Stars. She will be missing from the canvas for at least two months while she is in Europe. Lang took to Facebook to break the news to her fans and share this message, “I would like to share some very exciting news! My sweetie and I are moving to Italy for the next couple of months … The first live dance will be October 4th, please tune in and vote!”
Katherine Kelly Lang’s character, Brooke Logan, is a crucial part of Bold and the Beautiful, and takes up major air time every week. It will be interesting to see how the producers at B&B will keep the storylines moving along without Hope’s mother in the picture. The CBS soap opera has recently revolved around Hope and Brooke’s love lives, and how they affect the other handful of characters.
Brooke also explained on Facebook, “Brooke will be heading to the Milan office for Forester International. For some much needed private time and reflection. Thank you for your support! Once the Ballando con le stele (The Italian version of DWTS) is over I will be back to work at The Bold and the Beautiful. Unless we can get Brad [Bell, executive producer/head writer to come to Italy to do a remote!”
It will be interesting to see what roles Bill and Deacon will play while Brooke is away and they have no one to pine over. But, on the up side, Lang’s time away will give some of the other characters a chance to shine in her absence.
