General Hospital Spoilers: Patrick and Liz Jealous of Jake and Sam - Julian Breaks Down - Kiki Undermines Sabrina

Check out these “General Hospital” spoilers for the Thursday May 21 show! Both Patrick Drake (Jason Thompson) and Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) are feeling hinky about seeing Jake Doe (Billy Miller) and Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) bonding at the hospital as they await word over the fate of Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) and what she may have to say about Jake’s true identity. The two will take different approaches to dealing with their jealousy.

Patrick asks Sam why she was at the garage and she’ll explain she came to discuss the mob goings on and how Jake ended up implicated in Duke Lavery’s (Ian Buchanan) shooting. Patrick is worried about her safety and the growing friendship with Jake. Sam will reassure him that Jake is not the danger Patrick thinks and that he did not shoot Duke. In coming weeks, Patrick will try to bond with Jake and be his buddy – you know, the old “keep your enemies closer” thing.

Liz, however, will be much more worked up because she knows the true bond that Jake and Sam share. She’ll be jealous and will get more angsty when Jake tries to dump her – again. Jake feels awful about Hayden being shot and in a coma and thinks that anyone around him is in danger. Liz will not like him trying to ditch her again, but General Hospital spoilers are unclear about if she will be able to talk him out of it? And this will all culminate in Jake wanting out of the mob life and pushing on Commish Sloane (Grayson McCouch) to cut him loose.

Julian Jerome (William deVry) is devastated at all the loss in his GH life. His mob lifestyle cost him first Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and the chance to be at the birth of his son who he’s also now lost (as far as Julian knows, anyway). Julian will have a breakdown and an epiphany and tell Alexis he needs her in his life and he’s willing to step away from his life of crime to make it happen. After all, Julian just told her he has plenty of money, so why is he still in the life instead of having a life?

Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) saw her fight with Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) turn hot and heavy and they’re on the sofa making out and looking like it will get much more serious when Kiki puts the brakes on. She’s still upset about what she and Morgan could have done to their baby sister with their antics and has unresolved feelings for Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell). Morgan won’t take this well – poor guy seems to be dealing with rejection all around – his parents, now Kiki…

Meanwhile, other brother Michael is also enjoying a hot time with a lady. He’ll tell Sabrina Santiago (Teresa Castillo) that he really cares for her and they’ll share a passionate moment. When Kiki finds out those two have moved from employer/employee to romantic interests, expect to see her try and make trouble for Sabrina. She’s got two motivations – Kiki blames Sabrina for her mom Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) early labor and now for stealing Michael’s heart.

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will need to figure out how to tie up the loose ends of the Carlos Rivera (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) killing. Sabrina will be searching for answers and Anna will need one more favor from Sloane before she takes off to Scotland to take Duke’s ashes home. Can’t wait for her to get back from that trip and see things heat up between she and Sloane. GH needs to get Sloane into a romance with someone – anyone – so we get more shirtless time with him. Yum!
