#H50 begins at an arena in Honolulu with a weigh in for a big boxing match. Haynes vs Nakano. Haynes get out of his car to boos from the locals. Haynes tells a reporter that he’s there to bring pain and suffering to the islands.

Steve and Danny are watching the prefight drama with the gang. Luke Nakano shows up next. He gets out to mad love from the crowd. He signs autographs and works the crowd. Nakano cracks some jokes. Steve asks Chin how Kono is holding up.

Chin says Adam is looking at 24 months. Max shows up with his Hanukah gear and explains he was adopted by a Jewish family. Kamekona asks about the candles and Jerry explains it. Max hands out yarmulkes to all the men.

The two fighters face off. It’s 24 hours from the fight. Haynes jokes about getting a pic of Nakano in a grass skirt. Nakano’s brother insults Haynes and he tells him he will wipe his baby brother on the mat and he can meet him out back and he’ll kick his ass.

The brother punches and a brawl ensues. Later, the brother is beaten to death outside. Kono walks Adam from the courthouse. Chin waits outside and asks how it went and she says the best offer was 18 months so they took it.

Adam says he would have faced five years if he lost at trial. He has to surrender in the morning and tells an upset Kono it’s just 18 months. Chin tells Adam to focus on taking care of himself and he’ll watch out for Kono. Adam thanks him.

Steve and Danny talk about boxing and Steve talks up MMA. Lou says he’s about the boxing and so is Danny. Lou says Ben Nakano, Luke’s brother is the victim. Lou says the guy was a good boxer before he got mixed up in drugs.

He’s been clean for about nine months, though, and a surf pro found his body. Max is there and says it’s 10 pm TOD and blunt force trauma. It’s a body dump – he was brought after the murder. They find his wallet and decide it looks personal.

They wonder if Haynes had anything to do with it. They find Nakano sparring at the gym. Buddy says no reporters but the coach says they’re 5-0. They ask what Ben was arrested for now then break the news of Ben’s death.

Luke says his brother was a good guy and helped him get to where he was. He says his brother helped Buddy work the corner. Luke says he chewed out Ben for letting Haynes rile him up and says his brother left mad. He regrets what he said to him.

Steve asks where Ben would have gone when he left. He says no and then didn’t show this morning so he thought Ben was still mad at him. They wish him look. Nicky tells Luke he’s going to cancel the fight. Luke says this is his one shot.

He says his brother wanted this for him and said Ben told him he was the only one who could stop himself. Nicky hugs him while Luke cries. Over at a posh hotel, Haynes is partying in a top suite. Steve and Danny show up.

Haynes is outside skipping rope and he asks if they’re there to talk about the nonsense at the weigh-in. They tell him Ben was murdered and Danny shows him a photo. Haynes says he had nothing to do with it. Haynes says that trash talk is just business.

He says that’s what sells because people like a villain. He says when they left the arena, he left any feelings about it there. They ask about his crew. He says no one on the team would put a $50 million payday at risk.

Max completes the autopsy as Abby and Chin show up. He says he found some bruising on wrists and biceps and would show that he was restrained while assaulted which means more than one person. The orbital bones on his skull are significant.

Then he shows them some shards he found buried in his skull. The bottle was bright orange and it’s from a local pumpkin microbrew. It’s not sold in stores right now and some taverns have it – the closest is the Coral Point, near where they found his body.

Chin and Abby go to the bar and the bartender says Ben is really a sweet guy. She says he was off drugs and helping his brother. She says Ben came in alone then two guys showed up later and joined him and it looked like they knew him.

He says the big guy bought shots for them and paid with a $100 bill. She says they all left around 10. She says they said they were going to the alley to smoke but never come back in. They go out back and find the blood and smashed bottle.

Chin calls CSU as Abby says it was all good until they went outside. Chin says with two assailants this might have been business instead of personal. Kono goes with Adam to a Buddhist temple where he prays.

Adam says his grandparents started out with trouble between them. He says the day after they were married, his granddad was drafted into the Japanese Navy. He says his grandma waited for him for three years with now word.

He says they ended up with 60 years of marriage and five kids. He asks Kono to believe in him and she says he does. Chin tells the others the $100 came back to an armored car robbery outside of a supermarket. They wonder if Ben was in on the robbery.

Lou says Juru is one of the guys who was with Ben and he’s an associate with Gabriel Waincroft. They wonder why Gabriel was involved in a relatively small heist. They go looking for Juru. Steve drags one of the culprits behind a jet ski to water log him.

The guy finally screams that he’ll talk. Juru says Ben nor Gabriel were involved in the heist. He says he met Ben in lock up. He says Gabriel sent some men to find him. He says they took him to meet him with a bag over his head.

He says Gabriel told him to find Ben and offer him $50k for a security access pass to the fight tonight. Juru says Ben wouldn’t sell it because he wouldn’t put his brother’s fight at risk. He says Gabriel told him to pay for the pass or kill him for it.

He says he couldn’t come back without the pass. They ask where to find Gabriel and he says he would tell them if he knew since he’s a dead man for talking to them. Steve fills the others in on the security pass. Lou says this could be major.

Chin says the fight is about to start which means Gabriel is already inside. At the arena, the fight starts and Haynes is beating on Nakano. Jerry says security confirmed Ben’s pass was used 10 minutes ago and three guys came in carrying a large duffel bag.

Toma, Joe and Mica are the three who came in and Jerry says they are cartel soldiers. Jerry has a list of VIPs including the governor, mayor and two Senators. There are also celebs. Steve says to cross check the VIPs against criminal records.

Jerry says Goro Shioma, head of the Yakuza is there but he just cut a deal with Gabriel. The heads of the Makuakane cartel and the Triads are also there so they don’t know which one or all three that he’s targeting.

The third round ends and Nakano has taken a beating. Buddy tries to get him to focus – he says do this to honor your brother. The bell dings and Nakano comes out but Haynes is still heaving hitting. Steve splits the team up to see if it’s a sniper, close up hit or something else.

Nakano is hit hard and goes down to his knees. The count starts. He thinks about his brother and gets up on the five count while Haynes mocks the crowd with a hula dance. Nakano starts landing punches and is hitting hard.

The bell ends the fourth round and Haynes is hurting. Danny notices some of the gangster VIPs have left their chairs. They went to the men’s room and one of Gabriel’s guys notices it. Abby tells them an emergency door was triggered up high.

Chin goes to investigate as the fight resumes. Abby watches security and tells Lou where to find another henchman. One of the mob guys is dead in the bathroom and the killer comes for another. Lou gets one of Gabriel’s men and takes his gun then walks him out.

Another henchman is kicking his way through the bathroom. Danny comes in and sees the dead guy. He fires on Danny who takes him out and he falls at the feet of the other mobster hiding in the stall. Nakano is kicking Haynes’ butt now.

There’s a sniper in the announcer booth. Steve tells Goro to come with him but Goro won’t listen. He says there’s a sniper. His guard tries to fight him and Steve tells them to stand down then take Goro out just as the henchman takes aim.

Chin busts in on the sniper who gets a round off. Goro was shot but not fatally. Nakano is working Haynes hard now. Looks like the sniper took a shot at Chin when he came in. Nakano throws the knockout punch and Haynes goes down.

The crows goes wild because Haynes has never been knocked down in his career. The count starts. Abby runs to check on Chin as Haynes tries to get to his feet. He makes it up but it’s too late and Nakano takes the welter weight championship.

Abby comes to the sound room and finds chin on his feet. He asks if she’s okay and she smiles. The crowd rushes the ring to cheer for local boy Nakano. They put the belt on a jubilant Nakano. Haynes goes over and congratulates him showing good sportsmanship.

Steve tells Lou this is only the beginning since Gabriel took a swing at three top crime families. Goro is rushed to the hospital. Gabriel crashes a car into the ambulance. He pulls the doors open and guns down the paramedics.

Goro looks at him and says – we had a deal – Gabriel says, not any more. Then he guns him down too. Kono drives Adam to the correctional facility where he’ll serve his 18 months. Adam kisses her and then he hands her his wedding ring.

He says this will be behind them the next time she slips this onto his finger. He tells her he loves her. She says forever. He surrenders himself and is led inside to start serving his time. Kono stands there and cries.

She looks behind her and the gang is all there. Chin, Jerry, Steve, Danny, Lou. They all hug and comfort her.

THE END!
