Kate Middleton has enough on her plate to worry about, including her rapidly approaching due date, but according to a new report from Life & Style Magazine, the list now includes Queen Elizabeth’s ‘spies’.
As we know, Kate’s housekeeper and landscaper recently left her employment to return to the Queen’s employment, and Kate is reportedly worried about all the juicy gossip they’ll leak to the Queen. Life & Style’s sources explain, “They could spill her secrets to the 88-year-old monarch, with whom Kate has repeatedly clashed. Kate’s greatest fear is that someone in her house could be spying on her. She knows the queen doesn’t fully trust her, and staff members are very loyal to the queen. Kate would hate for them to tell her anything they saw or heard.”
In other words, Kate is worried that they’ll go tell the Queen about her badmouthing the British monarchy, the Queen, and all the thankless public appearances she’s forced to do. And in all these cases, can you blame her? Plus, I doubt it will come as a shock to Queen Elizabeth to hear that Kate Middleton is totally and completely over being a royal, but it’s not like she’s going to get a divorce, you know? Both Queen Elizabeth and Kate Middleton are stuck with each other, wardrobe malfunctions or not, and they both know that.
However, the housekeeper and landscaper could also not go to Queen Elizabeth with Kate Middleton’s secrets, but somewhere far worse: the media. The media is on the constant lookout for juicy gossip surrounding Kate Middleton, whether it’s accurate or not. I have no doubt the housekeeper and landscaper would be able to retire if they spilled royal secrets to tabloids, but it’s also likely they’ll get sued up the wazoo.
