Megan Fox Files Divorce From Brian Austin Green: No Pre-Nup - Actress Wants Joint Custody - Who Cheated?

Megan Fox has officially filed for divorce from her longtime husband Brian Austin Green, with the help of pro divorce attorney Laura Wasser. Megan Fox filed the papers today in court – the couple confirmed earlier this week that they had separated after 11 years. Of course, Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green claim their divorce was “amicable,” just like every other celeb couple to go their separate ways this summer. Of course time will only tell, if there was anything not amicable about their break-up, or if it was ugly cheating, it will be leaked to the press any moment now.

According to an all new report from TMZ, “There is no prenup, so earnings during their 5-year marriage are community property and divided 50/50. They’ve been together for 11 years and we’re told the probability is their assets are so co-mingled, they will be divided in half. Our sources say the likelihood is Megan will end up paying Brian spousal support, partly because of the disparity in income and partly because he’s had medical problems.”

Insiders say that Megan and Brian Austin Green have been broken up since June 15, and apparently there is no bad blood between them and they are still living in the same house with their two sons – which could get seriously awkward. So, do they take turns watching the kids on each other’s date nights with other people?

As of right now Megan and Brian’s divorce seems pretty drama-free, but then again so did Jen and Ben’s and Miranda and Blake’s in the beginning – and we all know how quickly their break-ups turned messy. Do you think that there was a cheating scandal behind Megan and Brian’s break-up? Or will they be the first celebs ever to actually have an “amicable” divorce?
