Season 10 of Real Housewives of Orange County premiered this week on Bravo, we are only one episode in and Tamra Barney is already up to her old tricks. RHOC viewers have watched Tamra create unnecessary drama, lie, and bully her co-stars for years. Ironically, this season Tamra insisted that she had turned over a new leaf and was even going on a “spiritual journey” during Season 10 – but judging from Tamra’s Bravo blog, the Orange County housewife is just as petty as ever.
During the Season 10 premiere of Real Housewives of Orange County Vicky Gunvalson mentioned in passing that Tamra hadn’t even reached out to her when she found out her boyfriend had cancer. Tamra was horrified that Vicky was throwing her name under the bus and as expected she ranted about it in her Bravo blog after the premiere aired.
Tamra wrote in her blog, “was a little surprised to hear Vicki say that she called me to tell me that Brooks had cancer and that I never reached out to her after that call. SAY WHAT? That is 100% incorrect!!! I found out that Brooks had cancer when it was announced online. I texted Vicki at that point (we were not speaking) and told her I was sorry to hear about Brooks’ cancer and asked her if he had started treatment. Vicki NEVER called me and I never called her! I am not sure what she was trying to do, maybe make it look like I am not a good friend and she was?”
As if Vicky didn’t have enough to deal with, you know with Brooks’ cancer and all, Tamra Barney basically declared war on her former friend and ended her blog with “Let the housewife games begin.” At the end of the day – someone was diagnosed with freaking cancer, does it really matter who called who after the fact?! Even if Vicky Gunvalson is in the wrong, the bottom line is – Tamra Braney insisted that she was turning over a new leaf, and was done stirring up unnecessary drama. Call us crazy – but that looks like exactly what she is doing.
