The Young and the Restless (Y&R) Spoilers: A Spy in Genoa City – Victor Was Right About Marisa

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) Spoilers: A Spy in Genoa City - Victor Was Right About Marisa

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday, December 23, tease that Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will long for Victor (Eric Braeden) to change his Christmas plans. Victor has become such a “Scrooge” lately. Nikki will try to pretend it doesn’t bother her, but Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will see right through it.

Nikki will suggest that Victoria can invite Billy (Burgess Jenkins) to their Christmas party if she wants to. Victoria will admit she wants her children to see their father as a hero, but she’s still concerned about Billy’s drinking.

Once Victoria steps out, Nikki will look at the Christmas tree and remember Victor’s promise to spend every Christmas with her.

Elsewhere, Jill (Jess Walton) will notice that Billy has a glass of something and she’ll taste it to be sure it’s just water. Billy will let Jill know he had a beneficial talk with Jack (Peter Bergman). Jill will think Billy needs to work things out with Victoria. It seems they’re truly meant for each other.

Meanwhile, Dr. Neville (Michael E. Knight) will notice that Ashley (Eileen Davidson) isn’t looking well. When he asks what’s wrong, Ashley will blame her headache on Dr. Neville and Gwen’s (Nadine Nicole) argument over the budget.

Ashley will ask Dr. Neville questions about his research. She’ll wonder if he can repair brains. Dr. Neville will confess that most of his work was theoritcal before Hilary (Mishael Morgan) and this case may have been a fluke. Still, there’s a lot of potential here.

Ashley and Dr. Neville will bond over a drink as someone watches from a distance. Is there a spy in Genoa City?

Hilary will tell Neil (Kristoff St. John) that she’s worried Gwen wants him back. Neil won’t think Gwen is trying to cause any trouble. Neil will head off to spend Christmas Eve with Lily (Christel Khalil) and her kids.

He’ll hope that Santa brings Hilary everything she wants this year. Hilary will say she hopes the same thing for Neil. Later, Devon’s (Bryton James) plane for Miami will be grounded because of the weather. When Devon sees Hilary sitting alone, he’ll approach her.

At Newman Enterprises, Victor will tell Marisa (Sofia Pernas) and Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) to go home for the holidays. Luca will think Victor is ordering him out and he’ll throw a fit. Victor will get just as outraged when he gets backlash for the kind gesture. Noah (Robert Adamson) will step in and calm them down.

Outside, Luca and Marisa will look at Ava’s Christmas picture on a cell phone. Noah will ask what they’re doing and he’ll say it’s sweet when he finds out. Luca will want Noah to take a glance at Ava and he’ll shove the phone toward him.

Once it gets dropped, Luca will believe Noah did it deliberately. Victor will hear the commotion and tell Noah he isn’t welcome at Newman. Marisa and Luca will defend Noah, which will prompt Victor to reconsider.

Afterwards, Noah will wonder what all of that was about. Victor will insist that they need to make Luca think Noah is the weak link at the company. Victor will want to work, but Noah will suggest they should go to the party instead. When Noah arrives at the gathering alone, he’ll give Nikki the news that Victor decided not to come.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Marisa will be touched by how Luca stood up for Noah. Luca will point out that he did it for Marisa. Even though they’re no longer an item, Luca knows Marisa still cares about Noah. Marisa will invite Luca into her suite, but he won’t want to push her.

Marisa will pull Luca close and they’ll share a passionate kiss. Looks like The Moustache was right about wanting Noah to steer clear of Marisa right from the start!

Billy will show up in Victor’s office looking for Victoria, but Victor won’t offer any details on her whereabouts. They’ll argue and Billy will shout that Victor should take a look in the mirror. Victor is working on Christmas Eve.

When it comes to being sad and lonely, they’re both in the same boat. Back at the Christmas party, Jill will urge Victoria to give Billy another chance. He’s filled with regret. Victoria still seems to be in love with Billy, but she’ll believe sometimes love isn’t enough.

Cane (Daniel Goddard) will tell Lily that he thinks he should spend the night at home. He can stay in the guest room. Lily will agree and later, they’ll put presents out for the kids.

Cane will ignore Lily when she tries to flirt. Colin (Tristan Rogers) will meet up with Cane and hear his overnight plans. Cane will indicate that he just doesn’t know if he can move past everything that happened.

Colin will hint that he’s not pushing Cane to divorce Lily, but he’ll support it if that’s the only option. Y&R viewers will be anxious to see if Christmas will bring Cane and Lily together. Stick with the CBS soap for updates on their possible reconciliation.
