“The Young and the Restless” (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Adam (Justin Hartley) will soon find out whether he’ll serve the rest of his 10 year sentence or head home. Victor (Eric Braeden) is doing everything he can to get Adam out of prison and back to his family. Of course, Victor’s primary motive is making sure Adam is free to help him battle Billy (Burgess Jenkins) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni).
Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) has done her part by convincing Victor to believe Adam’s story about Ian (Ray Wise) and the fire. Now there’s nothing left to do but wait. Chelsea will hope for the best, but she’ll fear the worst.
Nevertheless, Victor and Michael (Christian LeBlanc) will be prepared to fight. Eventually, the decision will be in Judge Elise Moxley’s (Jensen Buchanan) hands. Since Victor is blackmailing Elise, there’s a good chance things will work out for Adam. Not to mention that Monday, November 30 spoilers have Victor mention a surprise witness!
Elise has been adamant that she wouldn’t let Victor’s threats influence the case, but her view could start to shift. Elise may very well have a change of heart at the last minute. A lot is riding on this decision. Adam’s freedom and Elise’s career are both at stake.
Elise certainly doesn’t want the scandal that would come if Victor exposed their affair. Her husband, Senator Moxley (Jack Armstrong), wouldn’t be pleased if that tidbit got out either.
“The Young and the Restless” obviously needs Adam out of his cell and orange jumpsuit. It sounds like Adam will manage to win his appeal.
Another Y&R spoiler backs up that idea. It seems Billy will be pushed to the edge later next week. If Adam’s verdict is overturned, you can bet that Billy will be fired up. Victor had better watch out. Billy is already on the warpath and Adam’s release could have severe consequences. Stick with “The Young and the Restless” for updates on Billy’s potential wrath.
