Azealia Banks career is in ruins and she has only herself to blame. Include Primary Talent International UK to the list of companies who want nothing to do with her after Azealia Bank’s racist homophobic Twitter rant against Zayn Malik.
Despite having her Twitter account suspended Azealia is continuing her battle on Instagram.
Perez Hilton reports that Primary Talent International will no longer represent Azealia. If your booking agent drops you from its roster you have major career problems. Certainly no other talent agency is going to want to sign Azealia after the foul-mouthed, homophobic and racist remarks she posted all over Twitter about Zayn Malik?
Twitter account suspended, no longer part of Rinse’s Born & Bred Music Festival and kicked to the curb by Primary Talent International. Yeah, that’s pretty much the trifecta of career suicide.
Did Azealia Banks think there wouldn’t be consequences to pay for her hate-filled rant? This is one heck of a public relations nightmare from which Azealia may never recover.
Showing no remorse and making things worse, Azealia took to Instagram and continued on with the disgusting battle against Zayn Malik. The rapper posted that she was writing an essay about the situation and no one would stop her.
This essay, which is filled with additional racist remarks aimed at Zayn Malik, seems to have been removed from Azealia’s Instagram account. Identities.Mic was able to get a screenshot of it before it came down.
The responses from supporters and a slew of profane photos remain on Azealia’s Instagram account. There is also a post reminding fans that her Istanbul show is still on and the rapper will “see you this weekend!”
This show in Istanbul may be the last one Azealia plays if she no longer has representation. And the chances of Azealia finding decent representation are probably slim to none.
But that doesn’t seem to bother Azealia Banks right now. She’s having a good time in Istanbul. Azealia posted a short video clip. “Hi everybody! We made it to Istanbul in one piece. I didn’t get beat up in the airport. I hope I don’t get up at the venue,” Azealia giggles.
