Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) will deliver some shocking news to Nicole (Arianne Zucker). It sounds like he’ll reveal that Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) isn’t the father of Chloe’s (Nadia Bjorlin) baby. Nicole will undoubtedly be blown away when the paternity is once again a mystery.
DOOL spoilers state that Nicole will think it’s time to get everything sorted out. She’ll call Chloe and insist that enough is enough. Nicole will want her friend to be straight with her. Chloe will suggest that she doesn’t want to talk over the phone. She’ll hope to give Nicole the answers she’s looking for in person.
Chloe will ask Nicole to pay her a visit in Chicago. What will Chloe admit once Nicole arrives? Will she give her the true story? Of course, Days hasn’t even let viewers in on that yet. There are plenty of places for this plot to go.
However, there are some important facts we need to keep in mind. Days of Our Lives spoilers have been hinting that this baby story would ultimately be connected to Nicole. We also know it will involve someone from Nicole’s past. Brady (Eric Martsolf) will fit in somewhere as well.
When you take all of that into account, it could leave us with an interesting tale. Let’s say Daniel (Shawn Christian) reached out to Chloe before his death. He knew Nicole desperately wanted a baby, so maybe he asked Chloe to carry one for her.
Since their wedding was coming up, perhaps it was supposed to be a surprise gift. Plus, Daniel knew Nicole had endured two miscarriages. He wouldn’t have wanted to get Nicole’s hopes up before this was a done deal.
Days of Our Lives might need to throw in some new details make this work. They could just say Nicole previously had some eggs frozen. She may have signed something that gave Daniel access to them. Now back to Chloe. She could’ve been doing multiple cycles of in vitro fertilization as part of an agreement.
After Daniel died, Chloe might’ve kept her end of the bargain. It could’ve been a way to help her deal with her grief. When it didn’t work in the months that followed Daniel’s death, Chloe could’ve forgotten all about it. Her doctor could’ve mistakenly informed her that the process had failed.
Chloe may have had Nicole and Daniel’s bun in the oven when she had sex with Deimos. Granted, this storyline is somewhat farfetched, but the writing is on the wall. As for Brady’s role in this, maybe Daniel’s heart will once again guide him to the truth.
If that’s the case, Chloe might keep Nicole in the dark initially. Why? Well, because she’s starting to like the idea of having another little one. It could add another soapy layer to this story. Regardless, Daniel is a real contender for this child’s father.
