Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that fantastic drama is coming after the current hiatus starting the week of August 22. We hope you’re enjoying the Olympics, but Days is going for the gold starting August 22! Let’s get you up to speed on the latest sneak peek.
We’re all dying to find out what happened to Tate. Where is he? Who has him? Why was he taken? DOOL will answer some of these questions right away, but others will have to simmer. Brady (Eric Martsolf) and John (Drake Hogestyn) will manage to track down the British woman who’s tied to the crime. She’ll eventually sing like a canary.
Victor (John Aniston) will be credited as the mastermind of this operation. Brady and Theresa (Jen Lilley) will rejoice over the reunion with their son, but their fury will linger. They’ll call for Victor’s immediate arrest and the Salem PD will agree that they have enough evidence to charge him.
Days spoilers say Victor will claim that Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) set him up. Is that true or is Victor just trying to get himself out of a jam? We know Victor is guilty of something, even if it’s just lying. Victor had an intriguing phone call with that British accomplice and Caroline (Peggy McCay) is sure that something’s up.
Caroline’s visions have never been wrong and neither have her hunches. Of course, Deimos will have plenty of things to do while the cops sort this out. Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Deimos will ask Nicole (Arianne Zucker) to move in with him. He’ll feel like Nicole is finally opening up her heart.
In the meantime, Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) will get updates on Chloe’s (Nadia Bjorlin) secret. She’ll promise to keep quiet about the pregnancy, but there’s a good chance this news will slip out at some point. DOOL spoilers reveal that Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) will offer to marry Chloe and pretend to be the baby’s father.
While Chloe mulls over Philip’s proposal, Chad (Billy Flynn) will reflect on memories of Abigail (Kate Mansi). He’ll still be in shock over Abby’s presumed death. Chad will sob over his crushed dreams. He wanted to build a beautiful life with Abigail. Now he believes he’ll have to suffer alone.
Chad will determine that he’s not capable of being the dad Thomas needs at the moment. He’ll be ready to hand Thomas over to his grandmother, but it looks like Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) won’t be doing well either. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Jennifer will be overcome with grief. She’ll use pills and booze to cope with her heartbreaking loss.
Elsewhere, Rafe (Galen Gering) and Hope (Kristian Alfonso) will be shaking in their boots. Aiden (Daniel Cosgrove) just became the new district attorney and he intends on cleaning up any messes Justin (Wally Kurth) left behind. Hope and Rafe will fear that the real story of Stefano’s (Joseph Mascolo) murder will come to light.
It appears Hope’s day of reckoning is on the way, but DOOL plans on making her sweat it out a little longer.
