General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Liz Takes Franco's Side Against Jason - Griffin and Nathan Nasty Encounter

“General Hospital” (GH) spoilers tease that Griffin is freaked out by Nathan on Wednesday’s episode, May 4, while Sam has info for Maxie. Expect things to get tense between Alexis and Julian and Liz gets caught between Franco and Jason and it’s not pretty. Here’s what to expect on the next GH.

Alexis Davis (Nancy L Grahn) isn’t happy to be cooling her heels at the PCPD and she and Julian Jerome (William deVry) have a tense conversation in the interrogation room. Julian tells his wife not to worry and that sets Alexis off. She tells him of course she’s not worried.

Alexis didn’t do anything wrong – but now she’s starting to think that her newly minted husband might have done a dirty deed. General Hospital spoilers say it’s awfully convenient and benefits Julian and Carlos Rivera (Jeffrey V Parise) and Alexis will begin to see something is going on with Julian.

On one side of the glass, Alexis will grill Julian on whether he was involved with Hale’s alleged overdose. On the other side, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) paces and fumes to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that Hale’s death means Carlos’ case could be dismissed.

General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Liz Takes Franco's Side Against Jason - Griffin and Nathan Nasty Encounter

GH spoilers warn that Anna is close to a breaking point but someone is there to help her hold it together – is it Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen)? Griffin and Anna are doing some great bonding and it looks like both of them might need some comforting since Griffin is also having a bad evening.

At the GH locker room, Griffin is stunned to find himself alone with Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and he even looks a little worried. Is Griffin scared of Nathan? If Nathan shot him over Claudette but didn’t see who he was shooting at, that might explain things…

Nathan asks Griffin about the bullet scar and Griffin does not look pleased. What will he do? Will Griffin tell Nathan he knows him and why – or just get out of there as fast as he can? Likely it’s the latter, no way will Griffin and Nathan’s secret past spill out this soon.

Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is also at General Hospital and runs into Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) who has an update on her investigation into Nathan’s past with Claudette. Sam has news and tells Maxie that she has a trail to follow that will lead her to more answers soon.

Also dealing with drama today is poor Franco (Roger Howarth). He’s fresh off Sam and Jason Morgan’s (Billy Miller) stalking accusations and then had to see Nina Clay (Michelle Stafford) and he’s not feeling optimistic right now.

Franco gets some face time with new pal Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and tells her about their split and the baby mama drama. Franco has been a good friend to Liz lately so she lends him an ear and feels genuinely bad for Franco who is heartbroken.

But then Jason shows up acting the bully. Something is off with Jason. He’s been volatile, he was wrong to grab Franco’s bag and rifle it at the park, and he’s making unfounded accusations. Of the two of them – Franco and Jason – it’s Jason that’s a little off the rails.

Jason tells Franco that he won’t let him mess with his son Jake Spencer’s (Hudson West) mind and tells Liz flat out that Franco can’t do art therapy with Jake anymore. Liz won’t like that because she’s seeing results from Franco’s work and thinks it’s good for Jake.

Jason doesn’t like it that Liz is friendly with Franco and her sympathy for the reformed serial killer sets him off more. Jason will make demands that Liz will likely say no to – and that won’t sit well with the former hit man.

Also on Wednesday, May 4, we get our first look at new GH nurse Amy (Risa Dorken) who is supposed to be a gossipy troublemaker! Don’t miss tomorrow’s show and check back with CDL often for more “General Hospital” spoilers and news.
