General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate someone we all thought had died has been recently resurrected and is back in Port Charles. Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) is back and in complete control. Fans have been given a huge clue this week about who is sitting in the wheelchair watching the world from within. The pawnshop has been using plastic bags that were supposedly used by the restaurant that was there before them.
Samantha Morgan (Kelly Monaco) had been given a picture of the bag and was about to investigate it, when her brother Dr. Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) informed her that the Chinese lettering on it had nothing to do with food. It meant RESURRECTED!
GH’s Helena has been known for being a ruthless woman, not even sparing her family to obtain what she wants. With her no longer having any family to help her (except for a possible recast Nicholas) with her reign of terror, she needs Julian erome (William DeVry) as her pawn. Julian is the head of one of Port Charles’ crime families, to have him under her control is of vital importance.
Another clue we saw was how the pawnbroker Rudge (David Lee) informed Julian they knew about his ex-wife, Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) drinking and how she is the one responsible for the hit-and-run that almost killed him. If the person sitting in the wheelchair wasn’t Helena, and they desperately needed Julian to step in line, they wouldn’t hesitate on killing Alexis, since Helena is more sadistic and would prefer to torture Alexis, she chooses to hold Alexis’ actions against Julian knowing he still loves her.
With Helena back in town, so many people will be in for the shock of their lives. Laura Webber (Genie Francis) is still reeling from the murder of her son, Nikolas Cassadine (Nick Stabile) and even though she and Helena are bitter enemies, they both would want nothing but revenge on his killer, Valentin. Is Helena back to exact vengeance on Valentin as well?
It is the perfect time for Helena to return, especially since she was using Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez), claiming she was Stavros’ (Robert Kelker-Kelly) daughter. Is she here to lay claim to the little girl again, or will she sit back and let the chips fall where they may? Helena has always hated the Spencer family, and Charlotte could be one more thing she is using to toy with the Spencers.
