General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the Tuesday, July 26 episode reveal Sonny is angry at Kristina, Alexis is angry at Parker, bedlam breaks out on Cassadine Island, Julian gets a reality check, Nina and Carly bond, and Josslyn makes a request.
On Cassadine Island, Valentin Cassadine (James Stuart) faces down the barrel of Lulu Spencer’s (Emme Rylan) gun and she threatens to shoot him where he stands. Given her background, it’s likely a threat she can make come true.
Things are tense. Upstairs, things get more interesting as Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) faints and Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) calls for help. Looks like this scheme will get Jason loose and a gun while Sam was likely faking it for a distraction.
With Jason and Lulu now both armed and Valentin in a tough position, General Hospital spoilers tease that shots will ring out and things will get crazy as Valentin tries to save his skin and the guards are taken down by dead-shot Jason.
Over at the MetroCourt, things are tense between father and daughter. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is stunned that Kristina Corinthos (Lexi Ainsworth) has been keeping secrets from him. He’s not upset that she’s questioning her sexuality, Sonny’s upset about the lies.
Sonny asks Kristina if she ever would have told him about Parker Forsyth (Ashley Johnson) if he hadn’t caught her red-handed. Kristina may be pushing to make this about Sonny not liking the idea that she might be gay, but more that she’s lying and cheating.
Kristina’s other parent, Alexis Davis (Nancy Grahn), has a run-in with Parker at the coffee kiosk. Parker admits that she spent the night with Kristina and Alexis will go off on her. This bickering will prod Parker to a decision about her future (or lack of) with Kristina.
General Hospital spoilers tease that Parker will write Kristina a long letter. That likely means that Parker is skipping town without having more to do with Kristina. How will Kristina feel if Parker slept with her then left town without another word?
Over at the MetroCourt, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Nina Clay (Michelle Stafford) talk about the kidney mystery and Carly discovers that Nina is very interested in helping her solve the situation and get the answers she needs.
Carly is curious why Nina is pressing on the issue – will Nina also reveal that she has Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) looking into shady doctors at GH that might have been involved with the transplant and kidney procedure?
Is this because Nina loves kids (and can’t have any) or because she sympathizes with Carly since they have both been with Franco (Roger Howarth)? What is driving Nina’s interest in the kidney issue? Is it her own medical problems from her past?
Also, GH spoilers tease that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) has a serious talk with her mom about the kidney investigation that Carly is all gung-ho about. Does Josslyn also want answers or is she embarrassed and wants it to stop? Josslyn will make a call to her dad to talk things out.
Later, Nina has the opportunity to shut down something that might ruin her career. Looks like Julian Jerome (William deVry) is plotting an escape attempt. Paul Hornsby (Richard Burgi) drops by Julian’s room at GH to let him know the case against him is airtight and Julian will go down.
Is Paul really after Julian, though, given that Julian has dirt on Paul? Could Paul actually be motivated to help Julian get away – given that he knows Julian is aware of the ‘Ava tape?’ General Hospital spoilers reveal that Julian will get some more meds soon to fake another attack to stay put in the hospital and is also contemplating escape. It’s this escape plan that Nina will reportedly foil so he stays put.
