General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) has a rough couple of weeks coming, even worse given how far she is into her pregnancy. Billy Miller (Jason Morgan) will be frantic when Sam winds up in danger and both mother and child are at risk.
Jason and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) continue digging into the mob bombing case and that’s what puts Sam at risk. The new lady mobster in town was watching Curtis and Jason at the pawnshop and Winston Rudge (David Lee) gave her Jason’s name and number.

No doubt the new mobster already knows who Jason is given his close ties to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). If she didn’t know his name, now she does. The mobster will check into Jason and will find out about his pregnant wife Sam. That’s good information to have.
Sam has an upsetting week heading into Christmas when Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) ruins her baby gender secret at the baby shower. Maxie has set up one of the cake cutting surprises where the blue or pink cake gives it away. Sam will be furious and this throws her off her game.
Sam’s distraction is important because she insists on helping Jason and Curtis with the bomb investigation. Maybe it’s her pregnancy or maybe it’s the distraction of knowing her baby’s gender, but Sam isn’t as careful as she normally would be.
Sam, Curtis and Jason figure out the Chinese restaurant is still in existence, despite what Winston said and they decide it needs to be checked out. Curtis and Jason are working on another angle of the case and Sam volunteers to poke around the restaurant.
Jason is worried about Sam and would rather she was at home with her feet up taking care of Danny Morgan (TK Weaver). But Sam is not letting Jason sideline her and isn’t allowing her baby bump to slow her roll. Jason has no choice but to let her do her thing.
Sam heads to the restaurant to follow up on their suspicions about the Chinese connections. Sam asks the wrong questions to the wrong people and that puts a target on her back. Jason, Curtis and Sam are getting too close to the new mob villain in town.
The mob lady is planning on coming out eventually and revealing herself, but she wants to do it on her own schedule. The three investigators are a problem, so the new mobster has Sam kidnapped. This freaks Jason out and he panics because Sam and the baby are at risk.
Jason has been staying away from violence except for the occasional threat, but this crosses the line. If anything could turn Jason back into a Stone Cold killer, it’s the mob villain taking his pregnant wife. There will be hell to pay for this crime.
Sam will survive the ordeal, but those that kidnapped her may not. Will Jason go on a killing spree to save Sam? Is this the first move in a mob war that could tear Port Charles apart? Share your comments below on Sam’s coming trauma.
