“The Bold and The Beautiful” (B&B) spoilers reveal that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) is done with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) for now thanks to his confusion from his head injury and them NOT discussing that he saw her with Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks).
While both Wyatt and Steffy seem to think the split has something to do with Ivy Forrester (Ashleigh Brewer) and her endless declarations of love for Liam, that’s not the case. Liam was also very firm with Ivy that he’s moving on from her and wants her to find someone else.
But does Liam have someone else in mind already? Liam says, “There is one woman I’ve never gotten over and her name is not Ivy.” Is that Hope Logan (Kim Matula) he’s talking about? Are we looking at a possible return for Hope to B&B and back into Liam’s life?
Considering how out of control Steffy has been, it would be a perfect punishment for her to have Hope on the scene again and back with Liam. After all, Steffy stole Liam from Hope first, then later from Ivy. How fitting for Hope to steal him back…
Remember Hope told Liam that she would always love him before she left for Milan – is Liam’s revelation about the woman he would never get over about Hope? And if Hope is coming back to B&B, will it be Kim Matula or a recast?
Matula was very popular with fans and doesn’t seem to have a lot on her plate – all her IMDB page shows is a short film – no recurring roles or big projects. Does this mean she’s available to come back and reprise the role?
And how would a return by Hope impact Quinn Fuller’s (Rena Sofer) schemes? Remember Quinn was all about Hope being with Wyatt. And now she’s all about Wyatt being with Steffy… If Hope came back, would Quinn be glad that Liam has a distraction?
Or would Quinn change her tactics and try to get Wyatt back with Hope? Hope coming back would definitely change the romantic playing field at Forrester Creations. But is this a genuine sentiment from Liam – does he really see Hope as the one that got away?
Or is Liam reeling from his undiagnosed head injury and just not thinking straight? It’s always been Liam and Wyatt in a triangle with one woman – Hope, Ivy or Steffy… But if Hope came back, it would be a full-on love quadrangle.
What would be really dramatic is if Hope came back and both Wyatt and Liam pursued her, leaving Steffy out in the cold. That could serve as a reality check for Steffy on her behavior and life choices – but would likely instead drive Steffy to make more bad choices.
