#VoiceLive tonight starts with Team Blake’s Paxton Ingram who has chosen I Wanna Dance with Somebody by Whitney Houston and does a slowed down arrangement of it. It’s totally different. Christina says that was a great performance and says he put his heart and soul into it.

She says it was a rejoiceful version. Pharrell says he’s finding himself in terms of song choice and likes the choir behind him. He says it bodes well and says the band did great too. Adam says he’s found a sweet voice in his voice and he likes his mid-range and calls it beautiful.

Coach Blake says every week he seems to be the one guy who takes another notch higher and keeps impressing people and that’s why he’s still in it. He says he came from being his save to all this and says congratulations. The crowd gives more love.

Next up is another Team Blake artist – Mary Sarah. She’s chosen My Church by Maren Morris for tonight’s performance. It’s definitely a very country performance and she rocks the house. Pharrell says good job and says he’s glad she lost the guitar so she had more freedom to emote.

Pharrell says he was caught up with her performance it was her best connection to a song yet. He says he had never heard it before and it could have been her record. Adam says it was her best and the first time she found a lane and thought it was her song she was doing on the show.

He says she put it all in and it was perfect. Coach Blake says he’s so freaking happy with those comments and agrees. He says he told everyone that tonight was Mary Sara’s moment on the show and says good job sis. The crowd is still cheering.

Team Christina’s Nick Hagelin is next and he chose Hold On, We’re Going Home by Drake. He rocks the stage and Pharrell says he likes when he’s in his full chest voice but he goes more head and thin a lot. He says he knows when to step it up and says it’s great when he dances.

Adam says it was cool when he’s dancing and shows them what he can do and says Blake can’t do that. Adam says as singers, they get hung up on singing but you need to bring out all the stops and no one else is doing it.

Coach Christina says his energy changes when he dances and he really shows his artistry. She says he’s grown and she loved the rhythm and his own little hook and says she loves him. The crowd gives him lots of cheers on the way out.

Team Pharrell’s Hannah Huston is next – and she’s Pharrell’s last performer to stay in this. Hannah is doing Say You Love Me by Jessie Ware. She does a big showstopper version and Pharrell is on his feet clapping. Blake says that was his favorite performance of hers this season.

He says that was a perfect look because she looked like a superstar and says it looks good on her. Christina says that was her favorite of hers too and says she can see her growth and confidence which she’s been waiting for. She says she owned her great big voice.

Coach Pharrell says it was amazing and then says to America – she’s graceful, her intention shined through and she’s a great storyteller. He says she need to go through and reminds them she’s a preschool teacher who performs just a couple of times a year. Pharrell goes to hug her.

Next is a performance by CMA vocal duo of the year – Florida Georgia Line. They rock the house with their new single HOLY.  After that is Team Adam’s Shalyah Fearing. She chose A Change is Gonna Come by Sam Cooke.

She’s doing a real old school version and it sounds amazing. Adam is on his feet and the audience cheers loudly. Blake says that was unbelievable and says she’s getting back to that playoff moment she had. He says she’s singing so good and gets better every week.

Christina says she loved the song choice and the start with the strings and says she’s a vision of loveliness. She says work on your low end but it will get better with time and says her high end has passion and grit and says it’s very authoritative.

Coach Adam says they don’t see all of the B roll of the rehearsal and says Shalyah is so hard on herself. He says it’s so impressive that she’s this amazing at 16 and says nobody means it more than Shaylah and calls her passionate and driven.

Team Adam’s Laith Al-Saadi is shaking things up tonight and is doing Bob Seger’s We’ve Got Tonight. He plays piano and croons like a master. Adam is up cheering for him. Pharrell says dude, his genre is like classic rock blues and says America needs to vote him through every week.

He says support the guy you knew in high school that loved classic rock so much back then and is a frontrunner on The Voice now. Adam jokes about needing metronomes and how the audience can’t clap on the beat. He and Pharrell demonstrate.

Adam says the whole room stopped and his voice filled the room. He says that’s the ultimate sign of respect and says it was so beautiful and says he represents something that’s a dying thing and is important to so many people.

Blake and Gwen are up next and they perform their duet Go Ahead and Break My Heart. Then Team Blake’s Adam Wakefield is up next and he chose Love Has no Pride by Bonnie Raitt and is tickling the ivories as part of his performance.

By the end, Pharrell, Adam and Blake are on their feet for him and the crowd is going wild. Christina says that was fiery and says she liked it and loves what he delivers. She says he’s strong and soulful then says she had a dream about him the other night.

Blake teases her then says he’ll tell Adam about it later. Blake says what he just did was his best performance yet and had so much style and the crowd goes wild. He says I’ll see you in the finale man and there are more loud cheers.

Team Christina’s Alisan Porter is doing Cryin’ by Aerosmith and even brought her kids to rehearsal to meet Christina. Christina is up cheering for her rocker number by the end. The crowd is going insane for her. Pharrell says man, congratulations again.

He says it sounded like the band Heart and tapped the inner rock star with real vocals. He says she killed the misperception that moms can’t do stuff and says that reminds a lot of mothers what they can do. Coach Christina says wow and thanks Pharrell.

Adam is upset that he doesn’t get to comment. Christina loves that she brought her kids to rehearsal and sat with them while she did hair and makeup. She says Alisan is a superstar and she loves her so much. The crowd erupts with cheers again.

Team Christina’s Bryan Bautista is last of the night and is doing Beyonce’s 1+1. Bryan does a col stylized dreamy performance with a grand piano and a fancy suit. Pharrell and Christina are on their feet cheering. Adam says he has the most impressive ability to sound effortless.

He says of all the male contestants, he’s so powerful in his upper register. He says it was really beautiful. Coach Christina says it was amazing and says Beyonce, if you’re watching, you’ve gotta do a duet with Bryan and says they would be magic together.

She says that was just mind blowing and so beautiful. She says #BryanBeyonce. Carson says all the voting channels are open and close at noon tomorrow. Tomorrow night is a big show – come back to CDL for the LIVE results and elimination!

THE END!
