The Young and the Restless (Y&R) Spoilers: Billy and Phyllis Kiss – Luca Squeals on Michael – Devon Sabotages Hilary

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday’s episode, March 22, tease that Billy (Jason Thompson) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will share a close moment. At the Chancellor mansion, Billy and Phyllis will chat by the fire.

Billy will indicate that he’s glad to have a home for the kids. He’ll say he’s accepted that Victoria (Amelia Heinle) doesn’t want him anymore.

Phyllis will talk about repairing her relationship with Jack (Peter Bergman) and bringing Victor (Eric Braeden) down for good. She’ll get emotional about everything she went through with Marco (Peter Bergman).

Y&R spoilers show that Billy will get up to grab more wood for the fire and he’ll slip. Phyllis will reach out to help Billy and they’ll end up leaning in for a kiss.

Once the lip lock is over, Phyllis will insist that they have to pretend that never happened. Suddenly, they’ll hear a knock at the door. When Billy answers, a cop will say he saw the car blocked in and he wants to help.

Across town, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Hilary (Mishael Morgan) have a tense exchange. Afterwards, Jack will ask Ashley to come back to Jabot. She’ll turn down the opportunity. Dr. Neville (Michael E. Knight) will take Ashley back to the lab for some tests.

The positive results will lead to a steamy smooch.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Michael (Christian LeBlanc) will give Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) updates on a meeting he set up. Victoria wanted to see Victor, so Michael arranged it.

Lauren will fear that it could spell trouble, but Michael will explain that he has to keep up the charade. Victor could have Michael disbarred if he doesn’t buy the act.

After they chat a bit more, Michael will hint that maybe getting disbarred wouldn’t be all that bad. He’ll tell Lauren they’ll make it a new adventure if it comes to that. Meanwhile, Y&R spoilers tease that Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) will wonder why Michael is pulling for the Abbotts while defending the enemy.

Luca will bring up the issue to Jack, but he’ll be told to keep his mouth shut.

When Phyllis arrives with Billy at the fundraiser, Luca will tell her that he’ll stay tight-lipped about Michael’s true intentions. Jack will question where Billy and Phyllis have been. Billy will mention showing Phyllis the mansion renovations and getting blocked in.

Summer (Hunter King) will pull Luca aside for a brief conversation. A little later, Summer will imply that she’s not sure she should trust Luca.

At the police station, Victoria will suggest that she’s there to help Victor. He won’t be interested in listening to what Victoria has to say. Victoria will try to tell her father that Luca is a serious threat.

Victor will be more concerned about Victoria being in the CEO position. He’d rather have Adam (Justin Hartley) in charge. Victoria will indicate that she’s the one who was chosen, but Victor will hope that Adam kicks her out.

After Victoria storms out, Luca will show up to give Victor big news. He’ll say that Michael plans on throwing the case. Victor will complain about Luca being two-faced. He’ll shout that Luca needs to steer clear of Summer.

When Shawn (Devon Martinez) starts experiencing pain, Sage (Kelly Sullivan) will make sure she gets to the hospital. The doctors will check Shawn out and state that it was no big deal. They’ll tell Shawn she’s free to go.

Sage won’t be sure Shawn should head home yet. Nick (Joshua Morrow) will suspect that Sage is just being paranoid because of what happened to Christian.

An exasperated Victoria will arrive at Billy’s suite to rant about Victor. Y&R spoilers say Billy will seem hurt and aloof, so Victoria will quickly give up and dash off. Elsewhere, Hilary will tell Devon (Bryton James) about the future. She’ll excitedly declare that she’s going to run this town.

Later, Devon will worry about what could happen if Hilary’s scheme actually works out. Neil (Kristoff St. John) will be surprised when Devon privately says he doesn’t want Hilary on the board.

You can bet that Hilary won’t be happy if she hears about this. Devon is sabotaging Hilary’s plans for Genoa City domination! Stick with the CBS soap to see if Devon will regret going behind Hilary’s back.
