The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, September 19, tease that Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will be under fire thanks to Jack’s (Peter Bergman) public revelation. At the athletic club, a GC Buzz reporter will chase Phyllis down and push for a quote. He’ll ask why Phyllis slept with her husband’s brother.
Summer (Hunter King) will lash out at her mother for betraying Jack. It’s been all over social media and Summer has evidently been stewing about it. She’ll call Phyllis a hypocrite and grumble about Jack being treated so poorly.
Summer will snap that Phyllis doesn’t deserve Jack. Later, Phyllis will have a brief chat with Nick (Joshua Morrow). She’ll admit that Summer is right about her not being worthy of her husband. Meanwhile, Neil (Kristoff St. John) will grow concerned about Jack. He’ll reach out to his friend in hopes of preventing additional pain.
Y&R spoilers say Neil will reflect on the betrayal he faced with Devon (Bryton James) and Hilary (Mishael Morgan). He’ll warn Jack that revenge isn’t always so sweet. Neil knows that from personal experience. Neil will also worry about Jack turning to alcohol again. He’ll try to stop Jack from going down that dark path.
Jack will make his way over to confront Jill (Jess Walton) about her blackmail. He’ll wonder why Jill was willing to let him live a lie. Jill will insist that she didn’t mean for this to happen. She only wanted the best for Jack and Billy (Jason Thompson). Jack won’t buy Jill’s claims. He’ll call her a coward and vow to get vengeance.
Elsewhere, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Billy will be at odds over the current media circus. Billy will feel like Victoria is shutting him out. He’ll remind Victoria that he’s still the father of her children. Victoria will argue with Billy about exposing the kids to the mess, but Travis (Michael Roark) will break up their conflict.
Travis will support Victoria and toss Billy out of the house. Soon, Victoria will get called to Brash and Sassy. Jill will summon Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Billy as well. Unfortunately, the meeting won’t go as planned. Billy will refuse to work with Victoria anymore and she won’t be too keen on the idea either. Jill’s plan to reunite them is clearly failing at the moment.
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Nick will catch up with Summer in the park. He’ll remind his daughter that everything isn’t always black and white. Nick will believe Summer needs to keep an open mind and think about this situation like an adult.
Summer will remain on “Team Jack.” She’ll point out that Nick doesn’t have room to talk. He had an affair with Phyllis, too. Nick will suggest that it brought Summer into his life, so he can’t really have any regrets.
Of course, Phyllis has plenty of remorse over her latest fling. She’ll face more fallout in Monday’s episode. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Phyllis will beg Jack to listen to her. She’ll hope that Jack can somehow understand why she cheated.
Jack will reject any explanation and wonder how he missed this. He’ll feel dumb for turning a blind eye to Phyllis’ suspicious behavior. Jack will order Phyllis to get out of his company and give him a divorce.
