Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that love will continue to be complicated in Salem. Just when things look like they’re going to work out, another obstacle always hits. Three couples are on the verge of big trouble, so let’s talk about who might be headed for heartbreak.
1. JJ and Lani
JJ (Casey Moss) has a huge storyline coming up, so that’s good news if you’ve been hoping for more airtime for this character. However, some serious sorrow is looming. Days spoilers say JJ will make the worst mistake of his life. Most buzz states that he’ll fire his weapon during a showdown and pump a bullet in Theo (Kyler Pettis).
Since it appears Theo will be paralyzed, DOOL fans can expect plenty of conflict between JJ and Theo’s family. JJ’s dating Lani (Sal Stowers) and that can only add to the drama. Theo’s ordeal will take a toll on Lani and JJ’s relationship, so we’ll see if they can survive this blow.
2. Hope and Rafe
Days viewers are already seeing signs of major trouble for Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Rafe (Galen Gering). You can bet that more struggles are on the way. Hope’s new position is causing some issues for this couple and they’ll likely get worse after JJ’s epic error.
Rafe seems to think he can tell Hope how to do her job. Will work drive this pair apart? Hope and Rafe are pretty devoted to each other, so they’ll probably hang in there for a while. Nevertheless, it’s doubtful this soap pairing will last forever. Rafe and Hope certainly aren’t entering a blissful stage at the moment.
3. Paul and Sonny
Sonny (Freddie Smith) and Paul (Christopher Sean) have been plagued with problems since Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) interrupted the double wedding. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Paul will grow increasingly concerned about his future with Sonny. In Memphis, Paul’s fears will really rev up.
They’ll most likely separate once Will’s (Chandler Massey) back in the picture, but who will Sonny choose in the end? Time will tell, but Sonny and Paul will definitely face a rough patch. Stay tuned to see if Will’s comeback will destroy this romance temporarily or permanently.
