Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that some major returns and debuts are drawing near. The latest comings and goings news reveals that Matthew Ashford will reprise his role as Jack soon. It looks like Jack will pop up in vision form as JJ (Casey Moss) contemplates suicide. Jack may show JJ how much his friends and family members need him.
Tyler Christopher is also set to hit Days this month. It appears he’ll be playing a character named Stefan, so there must be a Stefano (Joseph Mascolo) connection. Stefan most likely has DiMera ties. He’ll show up on Days of Our Lives starting December 29 and trouble will quickly follow.
Louise Sorel will make a comeback as the infamous Vivian Alamain. She’ll cause some serious drama right around New Year’s Eve. Shawn (Brandon Beemer) and Belle (Martha Madison) will still be in town for that, so “Shelle” fans should be pleased. Let’s hope Days delivers some wild party scenes. Things can get a bit crazy when Vivian comes out of the woodwork.
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Jaime Lyn Bauer (Laura Horton) recently taped at least one episode. She’ll pop up in 2018, which means we can look forward to some sweet family moments. Jennifer (Melissa Reeves), Abigail (Marci Miller) and JJ are always happy when Laura drops by.
If you’re looking for some info about closer airdates, we’ve got you covered. Emmanuel Castis will portray Dr. Bretts on December 15. Since Chad (Billy Flynn) and Kate (Lauren Koslow) are recruiting a specialist for Theo (Kyler Pettis) that day, Dr. Bretts seems like the perfect fit.
In departure news, DOOL spoilers state that Sami’s (Alison Sweeney) farewell is coming up. She’ll conclude her stint on December 14. In an interview with Soap Opera Digest, Sweeney talked about how much fun she had and hinted at another possible return.
“Oh, it was a blast for me,” Sweeney said. “I loved all of it.” As for the next potential stint, Sweeney just wants an arc that’s as awesome as her latest one. She suggested that it’s all about finding the ideal moment, but she “would love to come back.”
