Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, May 8, tease that Abigail (Marci Miller) will feel like her life is on track now. She’s made some big changes, but she believes they’ll work out for the best. Abigail doesn’t think Chad’s (Billy Flynn) love is strong enough to maintain a relationship, so she’s moving on.
Abby has a new job and a new outlook. She’s enjoying her independence, which means she’s not ready for another romance just yet. However, it’s clear that Dario (Jordi Vilasuso) would like to be more than friends. He assured Abigail that he wouldn’t pressure her, but he’ll have trouble keeping that promise.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Dario will ask Abigail if she wants to have dinner with him. Of course, he probably won’t call this a date. Dario might suggest that they can just share a meal as pals. Still, Abigail and Dario are getting closer. All of these warm moments seem to be moving them in a romantic direction.
Dario and Abigail’s growing bond will cause major problems in Monday’s new DOOL episode. Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Chad will spot a scene that upsets him. He’ll notice Abigail is out and about with Dario. To make matters worse, they’ll have Thomas with them.
Chad won’t like the idea of Abigail and Daddy Dario playing house. He’s fiercely protective of his son, so this is going to be real issue. Chad’s jealously will factor in as well. He’ll be furious when he feels like Abigail has already found his replacement. Chad might even believe Dario is the reason Abigail left him.
Nevertheless, Chad will put his marriage drama on hold later this week. A big adventure is coming up in Greece. Speaking of Greece, Eric (Greg Vaughan) will get a clue that points to the island where Nicole (Arianne Zucker) is being held. Days of Our Lives spoilers say he’ll immediately dash off to save the day. Things will get tricky for Eric, but he won’t give up until Nicole and Holly are safe.
Elsewhere, Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) will be confident in his plan. He intends on pulling off a fake rescue and winning Nicole’s love. Unfortunately, Deimos’ scheme will begin to fall apart.
