Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) will face an incredibly traumatic experience. After Lucas downs plenty of drinks, he’ll wander into St. Luke’s. That’s when Lucas will see a glowing vision of his presumed dead son. Will (Chandler Massey) will open his arms and offer Lucas a hug. He’ll also provide some guidance, but Lucas won’t be consoled.
DOOL spoilers say Lucas will talk about everything he’s been through since Will’s death. When Lucas had Adrienne (Judi Evans) by his side, he was somehow able to cope. Now he feels like he’s lost the two people who mattered most to him. Lucas doesn’t know how he’s supposed to go on under this crushing weight of grief.
This hallucination will only make it more painful for Lucas to say goodbye. As the vision of Will fades, Lucas will collapse in despair. He’ll pass out from his drunkenness and the stress of this overwhelming encounter.
Fortunately, some help will arrive shortly. Kate (Lauren Koslow) and Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) will show up to help Lucas through this difficult ordeal. They’ll encourage Lucas to wake up, but it looks like he’ll be out cold. They’ll call 911 and an ambulance will take Lucas to get some treatment.
Once Lucas is awake, he’ll blast Jen and Kate for having him hospitalized. The first step is admitting you have a problem, but Lucas won’t be ready to do that just yet. Maggie (Suzanne Rogers), Kate and Jennifer’s pleas will fall on deaf ears. Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Lucas will check himself out against doctor’s orders. It probably won’t be long until he hits the bottle again.
After his interaction with Will, Lucas might even intentionally put himself in another drunken stupor. He may be desperate for another chance to chat with his boy. Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest that Lucas will continue down this path of destruction. He’ll eventually hit rock bottom, but what will that involve? Lucas needs a wakeup call, but he may not like whatever Days throws his way.
