General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, May 4 reveal it’s Tracy Quartermaine’s (Jane Elliot) last day in Port Charles and she shocks the Quartermaines with a big announcement. Tracy says she’s leaving to go make a new life for herself. With Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth) becoming an official Q, Tracy can leave with an easier mind knowing the family is carrying on without her.
Tracy heads out and General Hospital spoilers say she’ll be reunited with Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) who is back for a moment so Luke and his Spanky can ride off into the sunset together. Spoilers say she runs into Luke in a café in Amsterdam so it sounds like it’ll be a “flash forward” scene to the GH future. Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) and Tracy have a profound bonding moment as Tracy leaves.
Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) is down in the dumps about Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) prolonging her stay in Portland. He feels like he doesn’t matter to her. Nathan sits around with his shirt unbuttoned looking sexy and drinking when Amy Driscoll (Risa Dorken) drops by to see him. Amy needs help with the Nurse’s Ball and winds up making an unlikely ally in Nathan that could become more.
Amy has a dark history with Maxie – it turns out Maxie bullied Amy in high school so Amy is uncomfortable being in Maxie’s home with her husband but loosens up. Nathan shares about Maxie ditching him and says he’s not sure if there’s room in Maxie’s life for him. Other General Hospital spoilers indicate Nathan steps up and take action and some buzz promises new romance with Amy.
At the CarSon divorce meeting, thing get tense. Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) plays hardball and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) has a heated talk with Diane out in the hallway. Diane wants to know what part of this exchange surprised Carly. Only in Port Charles does the wife go out to chat in the hall with her hubby’s lawyer. But they have to make room for a confrontation behind closed doors.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) confronts his one night stand Martina Morales (Daya Vaidya) as soon as the door closes. General Hospital spoilers leak that Sonny is caught off guard by her presence and Carly can smell mischief so she’s on high alert. When they’re alone, Sonny accuses Martina of playing him. Martina had no idea who he was when they met and this is an ethical breach that could end her successful legal career.
Sonny and Martina agree to keep their fling a secret but Carly is suspicious that those two seem to be overly familiar when her lawyer just flew into town. Can Diane leverage Carly to give back Sonny’s legitimate assets so he can stay in Port Charles? Or will Carly press on with keeping everything he signed over to her? This CarSon divorce might be spectacularly messy.
Carly told Diane she’d give back Sonny’s assets when Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) could come back to the US without immigration busting him. If Martina eases up on Sonny at all in the divorce and Carly finds out, Martina could lose her law license.
