General Hospital (GH) spoilers are about to blow viewers’ minds when it comes to Nelle Hayes aka Benson (Chloe Lanier) and her connection to the elusive Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher). GH fans have seen Nelle open her blue jewelry box and the letter she repeatedly has flashbacks to where it says “You owe me, Dad”; firmly making us believe that ‘Dad’ is writing to Nelle, reminding her that he has done something for her that she is indebted to him somehow. What if we are looking at this all the wrong way?
Nelle has openly admitted now that she is Frank Benson’s daughter, making her Carly’s adopted sister. General Hospital spoilers show Nelle has planned and was set to destroy Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and her entire family because she firmly believed Carly abandoned her and her father; especially when it came to finances.
We General Hospital fans have had this story all wrong, that letter was not intended for Nelle nor written to her, we have never seen “Dear Nelle” at the top of the letter, have we? This is where Jax comes in; Frank Benson had sent Carly endless letters through the years, asking for money and help, and we learned she only responded to one!
General Hospital spoilers claim that when Carly was with Jax, he intercepted all but one of those letters and packages; which contained not just a letter, but also Carly’s silver baby rattle. The rattle was a reminder to selfish Carly of all Frank had done for her and it came with a letter requesting assistance – ‘you owe me…’
When Frank passed away, all of his possessions, including his returned letters and packages to Carly, would have been given to his next of kin, and if Nelle was his only biological child, naturally she would have received them. Frank held onto all those returned letters and packages, and by the way he spoke about Carly, there is no wonder there was such resentment towards her. This is why Nelle held onto all the letters from her father to Carly, including the rattle.
Now that we know Jax knew about the letters, he surely would have known about Nelle. General Hospital fans know that Jax would never harm his own child or any member of his family, so what better solution when his daughter was dying to hunt down the man who is so desperate for money; and offer him a deal he couldn’t refuse. Jax intercepted and returned Frank’s package to Carly which was a call for help and knew he, Frank, would convince daughter Nelle to SELL her kidney – this was how Jax could save Josslyn!
