General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, December 21, tease that Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) and Laura (Genie Francis) will face some setbacks as they prepare to tie the knot. Every GH wedding brings drama, so Laura and Kevin will roll with the punches. However, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) will think it’s outrageous to move forward with the ceremony. She’ll insist that they have to postpone their nuptials.
Fortunately, Kevin and Laura will convince Maxie that everything’s going to be just fine. They don’t need a perfect wedding to kick off a happy life together. As long as they have each other, that’s all that matters. Elsewhere, Drew (Billy Miller) will have a surprise for Sam (Kelly Monaco). She’ll be thrilled over her early Christmas present, which happens to be a new engagement ring.
Sam will let Drew place the ring on her finger and they’ll embrace over their own wedding plans. At home, Franco (Roger Howarth) will show off his video game skills and amuse Liz (Rebecca Herbst) in the process. She’ll be glad that there are no more secrets between them, but she’s actually in the dark on one more.
GH fans know Franco’s still hiding the truth about his violent childhood – or at least what Betsy (Deborah Strang) claims is the truth. General Hospital spoilers say Franco will get spooked by an odd note on Thursday. It turns out Betsy will be behind this message, so trouble could be brewing.
Jason (Steve Burton) will also drop by with some presents for Jake (Hudson West). He’ll hope to make a good impression, but Jake won’t be receptive to a relationship just yet. General Hospital spoilers say Jake will try to keep Jason at a distance. He’ll push Jason to leave, so it sounds like it’ll be a while before Jake connects with his biological father.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Monica (Leslie Charleson) will set Ned (Wally Kurth) straight. She’ll inform him that no family members get turned away at her house. Ned has some fears about Quartermaine growing pains, but Monica will manage to tame them a bit.
Across town, Oscar (Garren Stitt) will thank Josslyn (Eden McCoy) for a sweet Christmas present. Joss will hand over Edward’s (John Ingle) book and suggest that Oscar might want to read up. He’ll seem open to the idea of learning about his great-grandfather, so maybe he’s adjusting to all the changes in his life.
