General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, August 1, tease that Carly (Laura Wright) will feel like the cops are completely useless. After Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) pulls Carly away from Garvey’s (Rick Ravenello) IVs, she’ll insist that they need answers ASAP. Dante will promise that they’re working on it, but things just aren’t moving fast enough for Carly.
If Dante can’t get Garvey to talk, Carly will plan on finding somebody who can. She’ll seek help from Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) in Tuesday’s GH episode, but she’ll face the same response. The police department just doesn’t have much to go on right now.
While Carly blasts Jordan, Hayden (Rebecca Budig) will clash with her ex. Jared just showed up at the new house and he’s about to cause trouble. Hayden will suggest that they’re finished with each other, but Jared will feel like there are some loose ends to tie up.
Thanks to Dr. Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), Jared apparently wants payback. He was sitting in a prison cell while Hayden was busy finding her happy ending. It looks like Jared intends to tear Hayden’s life apart. General Hospital spoilers say Hayden will fight for her future, but it’s a battle she just can’t win.
At The Floating Rib, Curtis (Donnell Turner) will urge Finn (Michael Easton) to be careful. He’ll point out that happiness can’t prevent a relapse. Curtis is glad that Finn’s doing well, but his problems haven’t magically been solved. If Finn wants to stay off drugs, he’ll have to work at it. Once Finn and Hayden’s relationship is shattered, his willpower maybe tested.
Other General Hospital spoilers state that Sonny will face a test of his own. Stone Cates (Michael Sutton) will appear in a vision on Tuesday. Sonny will be delighted by this blast from the past, but it shows us that he’s lingering between life and death. He’s obviously in pretty bad shape.
Sonny may be tempted to cross over to the other side, but he’ll manage to stick around for his family. That’s good news, especially since he hasn’t won over Josslyn (Eden McCoy) yet. She’ll let Michael (Chad Duell) and Nelle (Chloe Lanier) know she’s still not a big fan of her stepdad. Some guilt will hit for Josslyn once Sonny’s predicament comes to light.
Across town, Julian (William deVry) will tell Ava (Maura West) that Sam (Kelly Monaco) is facing a tough battle. Ava will confess that Sam didn’t seem like herself during their last chat. She’ll note that her outrage over Sonny was particularly surprising.
Ava will also do whatever she can to hide her scars in Tuesday’s episode. Could this have something to do with Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola)? General Hospital spoilers hint that poor Avery will be terribly upset. Since Sonny is missing and Ava is refusing to see her, Avery is probably desperate for some attention.
