General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, September 6, tease that Griffin (Matt Cohen) will do his best to push Ava (Maura West) away. She’ll insist that she just wants to help, but Griffin won’t believe her kindness is going to matter right now. Marisol’s (Kayla Torres) death really hit him hard.
Ava will suggest that Griffin is a hypocrite for closing himself off when he could use support. She’ll be pretty harsh, but she’ll say exactly what Griffin needs to hear. He’ll apologize and open up to Ava about his struggles. General Hospital spoilers state that their feelings for each other will intensify throughout all the drama.
Meanwhile, Carly (Laura Wright) will lean on Michael (Chad Duell) as she awaits word on Jason’s (Billy Miller) fate. She’ll feel responsible since she pushed Sonny (Maurice Benard) to get out of the mob. Carly will believe she’s the reason Jason ended up in harm’s way.
Michael will contend that Carly’s guilt is misplaced. There was no guarantee Jason could avoid danger indefinitely. If it wasn’t this incident, something else would’ve inevitably happened. Jason can never stay out of trouble for long. Michael will think Carly needs to let go of her remorse and focus on holding out hope for Jason’s recovery.
In Jason’s room at GH, Sam (Kelly Monaco) will fret about his future. She’ll beg Jason to squeeze her hand and show her that he’s still fighting. General Hospital spoilers say Sam will have a tough time coping with all this. She’ll feel like her world is crashing down, but at least we know Jason will survive.
Elsewhere, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) will surprise Sonny with big news. It seems likely that he’ll pass along some info tied to one of shooting investigations. Across town, Lulu (Emme Rylan) will try to lighten the mood. It looks like she’s has special plans for Dante and possibly the rest of their little family. After a chat with Valerie (Brytni Sarpy), Lulu will head home to get ready.
At the park, Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) will take Scout off Sam’s hands for a while. She realizes Sam needs to focus on Jason at the moment. When Kristina bumps into Parker, they’ll do their best to make it through an uncomfortable conversation.
Talk will eventually turn to their previous encounter. Kristina will be taken aback when Parker admits she’s not actually dating anyone. She was just hanging out with a gal pal at The Floating Rib. Kristina will wonder if she should come clean about her own situation, but it appears Valerie will have other ideas. She’ll continue the ploy, but the truth will have to come out sooner or later.
At some point, Kristina and Parker will both have to decide what they want. However, Valerie and Kristina will also grow closer this fall. Could GH have something more than friendship in mind?
