The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Friday, May 19, tease that Rick (Jacob Young) and Maya (Karla Mosley) will take a trip to Paris. They’ll have to head over there on business, so they won’t be able to take Lizzie along. Nicole (Reign Edwards) and Zende (Rome Flynn) will quickly agree to pitch in while they’re away.
Zende will grin as Lizzie totters around with her toys. He’s practically in doting daddy mode already. Nicole will also feel her motherly desires growing stronger. The Bold and the Beautiful preview video shows Nicole saying, “Being with Lizzie like this, it makes me realize just how much I want a family of our own.”
Later, Nicole and Zende will discuss the topic in depth. She’ll admit that she’s happy with her life right now, but it could better. B&B fans know that Nicole married the man of her dreams and they both have golden opportunities as Forrester. Nicole feels grateful, but she believes a baby would make everything even more wonderful.
It looks like Zende and Nicole will be in agreement on this. Unfortunately, some unexpected news could derail their plan for a family. Infertility woes might emerge for this couple. If so, will Nicole resent Maya (Karla Mosley) for taking Lizzie? Will she simply accept it and go for adoption instead?
Zende would undoubtedly support the idea of adopting a little one. He may not always feel like he’s given fair treatment in his family, but he’s still glad to be part of it. Stay tuned to see what’s in store for this couple.
In the meantime, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) will arrive for her wedding to Bill (Don Diamont). He’ll be thrilled when he discovers this is actually happening. Bill and Brooke took a while to get here, but they’re really going to tie the knot.
Elsewhere, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) will deal with despair. He’ll come to grips with the fact that he lost the battle for Brooke’s heart. Ridge will wonder if he’ll ever find love again. If Brooke can’t understand him, he won’t think any other woman can either.
Of course, Ridge is typically quite the ladies’ man. There’s no way this is the end of his love life. Could Ridge end up with Quinn (Rena Sofer) or someone else?
