The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Friday, August 18, tease that Sally (Courtney Hope) will break down during her interview with Liam (Scott Clifton). She’ll display a very vulnerable side and it’s sure to catch Liam off guard. Sally will begin to cry as she talks about how empty she feels. She’ll suggest it’s like she’s lost a part of herself.
Sally will likely fill Liam in on the rough time she had growing up. She’ll contend that having Thomas (Pierson Fode) in her corner meant the world to her. Before he came into her life, Sally was the one who had to step up. She had to be there for Coco (Courtney Grosbeck) and fight her way to the top.

However, Thomas finally gave Sally someone she could rely on. She’s always had Shirley (Patrika Darbo), but this was different. Thomas isn’t family, so he didn’t help Sally out of obligation. It was from a place of pure love. After Sally gives her emotional speech, B&B spoilers say Liam will battle extreme guilt. He’ll contemplate telling Sally the truth about Bill’s (Don Diamont) scheme.
Meanwhile, Bill will let Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) know that he’s got everything under control. He’ll promise that his plan will work like a charm, which is definitely a sign that it won’t. When Bill gets overconfident, it usually means he’s destined for failure. If Liam falls for Sally down the road, Steffy will regret going along with all this.
Other Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Dr. James Warwick (Ian Buchanan) will do a thorough examination. Once he’s finished, he’ll urge Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) to be honest with him. James will think it’s evident that Sheila is well enough to leave the house. He’ll believe it’s just as evident that she doesn’t want to go.
Sheila might deny that, but James won’t be fooled. He’ll push Sheila to open up about her feelings and she may do what he asks eventually. Of course, James could realize Sheila is still deeply disturbed. He may be tempted to give Eric (John McCook) updates on Sheila’s poor mental health, but she won’t allow it. Sheila will hit James with some serious blackmail pretty soon.
