The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal Sharon McAvoy (Sharon Case) has finally decided to move on from her marriage with Dylan McAvoy (Steve Burton), after he had to go into the witness protection program because of his undercover work. She has recently kissed Scott Grainger (Daniel Hall) and everything suggests they could be a couple sooner rather than later, but fans may not want to invest in their union yet.
Y&R’s Abigail “Abby” Newman (Melissa Ordway) has just learned her father, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), is forcing her to work with Scott, as he just hired him to work at Newman Enterprises. Anyone who watches the CBS daytime drama knows Abby cannot stand Scott, and he loves to get under her skin; but the one thing we have to remember is there is a very thin line between love and hate.
Abby has only been married once, to Dr. Ben “Stitch” Rayburn (Sean Carrigan) but the Young and the Restless fans knew the marriage was doomed from the beginning mostly because we all know about his affair and love for her mother, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson).
Sharon, on the other hand, has been married five times; four of which were to Abby’s relatives including her father, Victor, her uncle Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), and her two brothers, Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Adam Newman (then-Michael Muhney). Y&R sources suggest these two women will become rivals when it comes to Scotty and what is best for him.
Who do you prefer to see Scott Grainger with? Fans can be sure if Scotty’s mother, Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman), has any say in it, she will not want her son to be with Sharon, a woman who is known for her erratic behavior and instability.
The Young and the Restless’ Abby has so much more to offer Scott in terms of wealth and their bickering and banter surely is entertaining.
