The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of January 9 tease that we’ll finally catch up with Dylan (Steve Burton) – er, make that Derek. Dylan is currently on an undercover assignment in Miami. To truly sell this, Dylan has grown some facial hair and adopted a fierce new attitude.
Y&R’s weekly promo shows Dylan grabbing a woman in slinky red dress. He plants a kiss on her before unzipping it. They make their way over to the bed for some hot sex. Dylan is prepared to do whatever it takes for this mission. It seems cheating on Sharon (Sharon Case) just comes with the territory.
Back at home, Sharon will worry about her love. She knows Dylan is on a case, but she has no idea where he is or what he’s doing. Danger is the only thing Sharon is sure of. She’s growing increasingly concerned about Dylan’s fate, but she’ll try to stay strong. Sharon has no other choice.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers state that Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will brighten up Kevin’s (Greg Rikaart) day with a sexy surprise. He’ll be stunned when Chloe walks in the police station and opens up her trench coat. We can assume there’s nothing or at least next to nothing under there.
Later, Kevin and Chloe will have a steamy encounter. They’ll really bring the heat! It looks like they’re falling more in love every day. Can they keep this momentum going? Time will tell, but Chloe’s secrets are certainly a threat. She’ll have to be careful if she wants to keep their relationship alive.
Meanwhile, Gloria (Judith Chapman) will request a meeting with Jack (Peter Bergman). She’ll have a tempting offer for him. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Gloria will want to make a deal. She’ll believe she can snag Jack a spot as Lauren’s (Tracey E. Bregman) investor. In exchange, Gloria wants a small role at the company once everything is wrapped up.
After Ashley (Eileen Davidson) hears the details, she’ll voice her disapproval. Ash will insist that Gloria simply can’t be trusted. Jack is aware of that, but he’ll still think it’s is a good idea. This could be the ticket to pulling off his takeover plot.
Elsewhere, Lauren will open up to Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) about her fears. She’ll suspect that some sabotage is afoot. Will Lauren figure everything out before this goes too far? Could Gloria somehow double-cross Jack? We’ll give you updates as other news comes in.
