The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, July 7, tease that Mariah (Camryn Grimes) will have an important question for Sharon (Sharon Case). She’ll wonder if you ever really get over the love of your life. Sharon will likely ask why Mariah wants to know. She’ll do her best to offer some words of wisdom as Mariah tackles a crisis.
Mariah has fallen for Devon (Bryton James), but she’s worried that he’ll never be able to let go of Hilary (Mishael Morgan). Devon’s jealous looks certainly aren’t helping Mariah feel any better about the situation. He clearly doesn’t approve of Hilary and Jordan’s (Darnell Kirkwood) relationship.
Mariah feels like Devon should move on and let Hilary handle her own love life. She knows the breakup is still fresh, but it’s tough to watch Devon seemingly pine for someone else. Mariah probably fears that she’ll never truly get Devon’s whole heart.
Sharon might admit that Mariah is right about old loves sticking with you. Nick (Joshua Morrow) has been meddling in Sharon’s new romance lately. He’s suspicious of Scott (Daniel Hall) and wants to protect her. Nick and Sharon will always share a connection, so the same is undoubtedly true for Hilary and Devon. There’s a good chance both of those couples are gearing up for a reunion at some point.
While Mariah frets, Esther (Kate Linder) will also have a big problem. In Thursday’s Y&R episode, Kevin (Greg Rikaart) announces that he’s moving to Oregon with Bella (Gia Poeme). Naturally, Esther will take the news awfully hard. She’ll hope that she can talk Kevin out of this shocking decision on Friday.
Esther believes Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) is dead, which means little Bella is her last connection to her daughter. Michael (Christian LeBlanc) and Esther may beg Kevin to stay in Genoa City, but he won’t go for that idea. Kevin is ready to put his family back together and start fresh somewhere else. He’ll urge them to accept this difficult choice.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will return home in time for her concert. When she says she plans to get up on stage tomorrow, Nick will declare that she’s not doing that. He’ll plead with Nikki to cancel the concert and finally put an end to all her stress.
