The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, September 8, tease that Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) will break down over Crystal’s (Morgan Obenreder) predicament. She’s been trying to stay strong, but the whole ordeal is taking a toll. Tessa just wants to get her sister out of this horrible situation. Unfortunately, she’s facing obstacle after obstacle.
Mariah (Camryn Grimes) will hate to see Tessa in so much pain. She’ll decide they need a real plan. The Young and the Restless spoilers state that Mariah will make Tessa a promise on Friday. She’ll insist that they’re going to do whatever it takes to find Crystal.
Tessa will wonder how they’re going to make it happen. They’ve already hit so many dead ends, so Tessa will understandably be skeptical. Nevertheless, Mariah will be confident in their abilities. She’ll contend that they can find a way.
It looks like Mariah and Tessa could end up going rogue. They’ll undoubtedly face extreme danger once this mission kicks off. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sharon (Sharon Case) will get caught in the chaos eventually. Some exciting moments are ahead in this Y&R storyline.
Meanwhile, Scott (Daniel Hall) will give Abby (Melissa Ordway) a hard time about her boyfriend. When he asks where Zack (Ryan Ashton) rushed off to, Abby will offer an excuse for his absence. Scott will think it sounds like the genius behind Abby’s dating app is blowing her off.
Abby will defend Zack as a good guy who’s doing a juggling act. She’ll cut him some slack, but Scott won’t believe that’s the right move. It seems he could have some suspicions about this shady project. Zack’s sneakiness is sure to cause major problems for Newman Enterprises down the road.
For now, Zack will take care of a different issue. He’ll meet up with Alice (Tamara Clatterbuck) and Crystal for a little chat. Zack will mention that a lot of people have been concerned about Crystal. He’ll do his best to keep Crystal in line and continue their steady stream of profit.
