The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, July 10, tease that Cane (Daniel Goddard) will break some bad news to Mattie (Lexie Stevenson). He’ll indicate that he Victoria (Amelia Heinle) had to let him go at Brash and Sassy. Mattie will be taken aback when she gets updates on the latest drama. She’ll struggle to understand why Victoria suddenly fired Cane.
Meanwhile, Victoria and Billy (Jason Thompson) will discuss the issue with Lily (Christel Khalil). Y&R spoilers say Lily will feel overwhelmed by all the changes Cane’s actions have brought to their family. Her life has been falling apart since this lawsuit hit. Juliet’s (Laur Allen) pregnancy bomb made things even worse.
Now Cane is out of a job and could potentially have another child to support down the road. All of this is starting to take a toll on Lily. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victoria will realize that this has been a lot for Lily to take in. She’ll apologize for firing Cane, but she’ll contend that he left her with no choice.
Of course, Mattie and Reed’s (Tristan Lake Leabu) budding relationship could take a hit thanks to this mess. It could also intensify the tension between Reed and Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry). Some major teen angst is likely brewing.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers state that Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) will have a heated confrontation. The concert will still be on Nick’s mind in Monday’s episode. After speaking with Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) on Friday, Nick will determine that this is just too stressful for his mom.
Since Nikki is adamant that the show must go on, Nick will lash out at Victor. He’ll think this concert is a big mistake. Victor will insist that Nick needs to settle down and deal with it. He’ll order his son to attend the event and be on his best behavior.
Nick will refuse to be Victor’s little soldier. He’ll get in Vic’s face and point out that this concert isn’t really for Nikki. Nick will feel like Victor is just trying to manipulate everyone as usual. Y&R spoilers say Nick will order Victor to cancel the performance immediately.
Will Victor listen to Nick or move forward with his plans? Some shockers could be in store if Nikki actually goes through with this. We’ll keep you posted as other details emerge.
