The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease Tamara Clutterbuck’s return will be quite a shocker. After Tuesday’s show, the Y&R fans were perplexed and couldn’t figure out why Alice Johnson (Tamara Clutterbuck) was back in Genoa City after all these years. It will bring a decade old battle back into the spotlight!
It’s been over 12 years since Alice has been seen on the show. She played young Cassie Newman’s (Camryn Grimes) adoptive mother. Sharon (Sharon Case) put her baby up for adoption when she got pregnant in high school. Alice adopted Cassie and Sharon believed that she would give her a better home than she could. Little did Sharon know, Alice was a terrible mother. She had very little money and jumped from man to man. It was not a good place for a little girl.
Grace Turner (Jennifer Gareis), Sharon’s best friend, found Cassie and wanted to bring her to Sharon to cheer her up. Baby Noah (Robert Adamson) was a preemie, and it looked like he might die. As it turned out, Noah pulled through and eventually Grace gave Sharon her first-born daughter.
The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that the same Alice Johnson, who was such a terrible mother to Cassie is the one behind the Genoa City prostitution ring.
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) got the scare of his life when Alice pops into The Underground for a drink. Y&R spoilers indicate that he knew who she was right away and called Sharon to give her the heads up.
As you imagine, Sharon was shocked. She hadn’t heard from or thought of Alice in years. Sharon couldn’t think of one reason she would come back to Genoa City. The Young and the Restless spoilers for the Wednesday, August 30 episode indicate that she decides to head over to the bar to speak with Alice.
Sharon barely misses Alice, but Cassie adoptive mother leaves behind her credit card, which revealed her name. When she gets into her car, it’s the same car she photographed bailing out the prostitutes just a recently.
The Young and the Restless spoilers state that Sharon informs Nick that she believes that Alice is the head of the sex ring. It’s a shocking twist but Y&R fans could could be a long storyline. Apparently, Tamara Clutterbuck inked a one-year contract so that she will be sticking around for at least the next year.
Y&R spoilers say Alice will be shocked when she sees Mariah (Camryn Grimes). She looks exactly like Cassie, being she was her twin sister. Perhaps, Alice sticks around to get to know Mariah better. Look for Alice and Sharon to face off about Cassie, Mariah, and now the sex and human trafficking ring.
