The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, January 4, tease that Jack (Peter Bergman) will prepare to strike. He recently expressed interest in taking over Fenmore’s and it looks like the moment has arrived. Jack will tell Ashley (Eileen Davidson) that it’s time to make their move.
Fenmore’s is vulnerable and Jack thinks this is the perfect opportunity to swoop in. He knows Fenmore’s could be a great asset. Ashley will still have concerns about moving forward with this plan, but Jack’s mind will be made up. Of course, Ash will have other problems on her mind anyway.
It seems Ravi (Abhi Sinha) will continue his efforts to woo Ashley. He’s smitten and Ashley has undoubtedly noticed. The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Ashley will try to put Ravi in his place. She’ll probably insist that Ravi’s crush is going nowhere fast.
Ashley might contend that they’re colleagues and nothing more. However, a strong friendship will develop between these two soon. Ravi will have to settle for something platonic, but he should be able to make his peace with that.
In the meantime, Y&R spoilers say Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will be hopeful about the future. She’ll talk to Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) about her ideas for Fenmore’s. Phyllis will suggest that this is her chance to show what she can do. She’ll believe that she can help Lauren take the company to the top.
That should be exactly what Lauren wants to hear. She’s desperate for any kind of optimism right now. With Phyllis’ assistance, Lauren may feel like they can pull this off. Even if Jack stirs up trouble, Phyllis might step up and save the day.
At the hospital, the mood will be somber. Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will want to concentrate on positivity, but her fears about Devon (Bryton James) will certainly remain. It’s clear that he’s in bad shape. Hilary will stay by Devon’s bedside and assure him that she’s not going anywhere.
It appears Devon’s accident has truly sparked some changes in Hilary. She’s normally trying to manipulate anyone and everyone. Now Hilary’s attention is focused solely on Devon. Will her devotion be enough to repair the damage in her marriage? Will Hilary’s new attitude really stick?
