In Hudson, New York, all the children are placed in separate cubicles and Abigail (Athena Karkanis) turns to her team and tells them its time to begin; she asks a few of the children what they see and when they come up with different answers, she tells her partner, Tad Larson (Lee Majdoub) that its not working.

In the airplane, Jackson (James Wolk) tells Abraham “Abe” (Nonso Anozie), Logan (Josh Salatin), and Dariela (Alyssa Diaz) that he found a location large enough to stash that many children, Logan says there is no way of knowing how many hostiles will be there but Dariela says they will come in from the West. Jamie (Kristen Connolly) brings in thermal imaging of the building and Abe is insistent that his son Isaac (Jesse Muhoozie) will be.

Abigail is frustrated and tells the children they must try harder, but Larson tells her the Melvetox is making their brain work at the same frequency as the hybrids and scaring them will flood their brains. Abigail politely suggests they can try this again.

Mitch (Billy Burke) does not like that Dariela is lead this mission and could endanger Clementine (Grace Dzienny) and her unborn baby; Clem doesn’t blame Dariela for wanting to protect her son, but Mitch doesn’t trust her and tells Clementine she is not going on the mission.

A child tells Abigail he sees an animal with one blue and one red eye, she acknowledges that there is a frequency giving the child direct communication between the hybrid and the beacons; Larson celebrates that it worked. She talks about how humans used pigs to benefit humans and now she is able to use humans to benefit her hybrids.

Suddenly there is a security breech and she says her brother is so smart. She tells them to take what they can, wipe out everything else, round up the razor backs and meet her at the fall back position. She tells Larson she doesn’t need the children anymore.

At the warehouse, they don’t find anyone but they notice both the tank Mitch was kept in for 10 years and the NYPD jacket Abigail was wearing when Logan shot at her; he notifies everyone that they have confirmation Abigail was there. Meanwhile, on the plane Abigail and Clementine have a physical altercation. Clem reveals that Abendegos (Breanna Watkins) is locked in the vehicle bay of the plane.

Logan, Dariela and Abe find all the children, Isaac runs up to them and welcome him with open arms but he tells them the lady said the game was over; a concerned Dariela looks at Abe. In the plane, Abigail holds out her hand and Abendego takes it.

Logan announces to the media that several law enforcement agencies are working with them, they have found the children but ask the parents to refrain from coming there; they know they are desperate to see their children but they need to access their health but by them coming there it will only slow down the process.

Logan orders a BOLO (be on look out) for Abigail and to shut down the borders to Canada. When Abe asks Isaac what it was like inside, Dariela stops him from talking saying it only matters that they got him back. Jackson reveals to Mitch that the authorities are allowing them to take the tank.

IADG arrives and questions Logan about 4 hikers who were found dead in the Black forest in Germany, dying after inhaling an unidentified toxin along with trace amounts of hybrid DNA; its a mystery they want Logan to solve. He is told that he has a history with the hybrids, chasing down razorbacks 10 years before anyone knew they even existed. He tells him the hybrid his team is looking for is in Peru and asks if he is going to accept his offer and go and find some answers.

Logan shares with Jamie what he found out, not revealing his sources and says this is the end of the line for him, he is not getting back on the plane with them as he has been given a new opportunity. He tells her its classified and says he won’t lie, this is somewhat about Mitch since he knows there is no future for them but if she needs anything she knows how to reach him.

Back on the plane, Clementine learns they are going to Peru and with Abigail in the wind, this is there only play. Clem tells Jackson and Mitch that Abigail was there and apologizes that Abigail took Abendegos. Jackson wants her to talk through everything she said and need her to walk through everything Abigail said.

In Tarapoto, Peru Jamie and Mitch are searching for the hybrids as he comments on the charming scent of death and they compare which jobs they have done that is worse than the other. They suddenly notice a wolf confront them but it teleports right before their eyes. Mitch is shot with a tranquilizer and the man calls out Jamie’s name and apologizes to Mitch calling him “son”.

Inside the plane, Jackson and Abe work on the chamber that kept Mitch alive for 10 years. Abe is amazed that someone was able to build one but Clementine shows them about the electrical wire that resembles that of a car, saying they just need to find the ignition coil.

Abe wonders what is wrong with Clem and she reveals she had a fight with Abigail and Abe insists on checking her over and Jackson says she is carrying a baby that could save the world and there is nothing more important than her right now. Jackson says 10 years ago he was in her shoes because he was carrying the cure inside his blood; he says he drank alcohol to cope with the pressure but she says that isn’t an option for her. He says having people around him who can trust didn’t hurt either. Abe looks worried and says he needs to extract some blood.

When Mitch comes to, Max Morgan (Robin Thomas) tells Mitch shooting him with a tranquilizer was an accident. Max reveals Clem called him and told him about the pregnancy. He tells them he is there because there is a rumor about a 60 foot snake as high as a man’s waist in the area but the thing is no one has ever seen it, like a ghost snake; Jamie says they are looking for the same thing.

Abe asks Isaac again to tell them a little bit what happened at that place. He says they didn’t go outside, they play games that were more like tests. He asks if he can go watch TV and Abe lets him go, explaining to Dariela that he tested Isaac’s blood and his tox came back clean. Clem and Jackson work together and are able to start the tank to retrieve the data; Abe interrupts them telling Clem they need to talk as he got her blood work back.

Mitch talks to Max and Jamie about the snake, they think its invisible but he explains that the snake could be a hybrid and has taken its camouflage skills to the next level. He says its possible the snake came through the tree, gulped the wolf and made it look like it just disappeared.

Abe explains Clementine has a blood disorder, that is creating antibodies that is attacking the baby and it could take weeks to find a match but if they can find the father they could use his blood to transfuse her blood and if they can find Sam (Clayton Chitty) they can save the baby.

Max tells his son, Mitch that he has changed and doesn’t like that Mitch is so cynical; Jmie thinks she has found the snake den and they enter the abandoned “fun house”. Mitch says he needs spinal fluid from the snake. Jamie uses a fire extinguisher to see if she can spot the snake as Max’s monitor goes off that the snake is right there.

They watch as the snake appears and Max tells them not to kill it, as they shoot at it. Mitch says they are going to get its spinal fluid and if it dies after that it doesn’t matter. Suddenly they hear the fire extinguisher fall to the ground and Jamie has gone missing.

Jackson searches for Sam on the computer but finds nothing. Jackson says he has been hurt too as she asks her for more information on Sam. She tells him about waiting on intel on a Shepherd community and that is how she met Sam and they just clicked; they were together every day until she snuck out in the middle of the night to Sweden to follow a lead and she never looked back and isn’t prepared to tell him they are having a child together. Jackson promises he will speak to her again when he knows what is at stake.

Isaac is out reading the planes flight manual when Dariela asks when they are going home. She knows its important but Isaac is more important. Dariela thinks its best to take Isaac and leave and she wants him to come with them but he says he cannot do that; she says that is killing her. She knows he needs to look after Clem and her baby but one of them needs to look out for Isaac. Jackson tells Clem that a Sam in a red pick up got a ticket yesterday, and they will set the plane to go there when Jamie and Mitch return.

Mitch calls out for Jamie and when they see the snake, they witness Jamie cutting her way out of the snake saying its not like its the worst place she has ever been, the snake turns visible and dies.

On the plane, Mitch, Jamie and Max return greeting Dariela. Jackson says they need to get the plane in the air immediately. Abe says he has checked her twice and says the baby won’t survive if it doesn’t get a blood transfusion within the next 3 days; Max says it the only way. Clem jokes that once they do the transfusion than Mitch can grill him then.

Jackson suggests putting Clementine in the tank; Mitch disagrees but Abe admits it will slow down the antibodies from affecting the baby. Clem says if it will save her baby, she will do it even thought Mitch objects, she says these people are her family and they will do whatever is safe for her and protect her. She says she isn’t saying goodbye, she is just “unplugging” for a bit. Mitch gets emotional and he asks them all to stay with him as everyone is family. Abe sets up the tanks and Clementine is lowered into it as they all watch on; Mitch tears up but nods to her as they travel to where Sam is.

Jamie promises Max they have three of the best scientists on the plane and Clementine will be okay. Max looks at the screen Jamie has up about Mr. Duncan and he says that is Mitch’s DNA; she excuses herself in shock. Abe watches as Dariela packs and is upset that she is really leaving. He reminds her of when she said it didn’t matter where in the world they were, as long as they were together and he tells her he needs her there with him and kisses her.

Max goes to the truck and retrieves the egg he had hiding in his bag. Jamie confronts Mitch on being Mr. Duncan; he puts his bag on the ground as she says he lied to her. She wants to know how long he has known about it. She doesn’t blame him as Abigail was the one who put the bio drive into his head but she wonders what else he is responsible for and how he couldn’t tell her.

She says she needs to tell the rest of the team, she hugs him and says she doesn’t have a choice. Mitch apologizes as he injects her with a tranquilizer dart. Max asks him what he has done as Mitch just glares at him.

In Pittsburgh, Jackson knocks on a door, when Sam answers he says he is a friend of Clementine Lewis and what he is about to say is impossible; he says he was with Colorado 3 months earlier and she is pregnant.

He tells Jackson he has the wrong guy as she was stationed in Germany for the past year. He says the pregnancy is amazing but it wasn’t him; before he can say anything else he is shot dead by Abigail who greets Jackson, her brother. Abigail says it wasn’t easy tracking him down but he has something she needs.

THE END!
