Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Hope (Kristian Alfonso) won’t give up when it comes to battling Ben (Robert Scott Wilson). Hope has been on a mission to get rid of Ben ever since he showed back up in Salem, but she hasn’t been successful in that endeavor yet. Hope’s deeply worried about Ciara’s (Victoria Konefal) budding relationship with Ben, and she’d hate to see “Cin” grow closer.
But how far will Hope go to ensure that her daughter stays away from Ben? Ben’s now living at the loft with Ciara, Tripp (Lucas Adams), and Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan), so the prospect of getting Ben out of Ciara’s life is getting more difficult by the day. It may take something drastic to convince Ciara to give Ben the boot.
Days spoilers say that Hope will go to great lengths to rid Ben from Ciara’s life. She recently re-opened the investigation into the fire at the cabin, but how fruitful will that be? The arson investigators deemed the fire to be “questionable” in terms of whether arson was involved. Of course, to Hope that means that Ben likely did it. Ben, of course, strenuously denies having set the fire.
Look for some additional evidence to crop up in the investigation that suggests that Ben actually did set the fire. What exactly that evidence will be remains to be seen, but whatever it is, questions will arise as to whether the evidence is solid, or whether Hope used questionable methods to obtain it.
Days spoilers say that Rafe (Galen Gering) will express concern about exactly what Hope did to get this “evidence.” Of course, Hope probably won’t think that she’s done anything wrong. In her mind, the new evidence will truly look like ironclad proof that Ben’s guilty. But will she really be setting him up?
And what will Ciara think? She’ll probably blast her mother for continuing to persecute Ben, but deep down this new information may give her pause and she may question whether Ben may really have started the fire.
