General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Drew (Billy Miller) will try to find out more about his past. He may rev up his flash drive search efforts with Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) help. Drew only wants his wife’s assistance on this. He was adamant that Jason (Steve Burton) should be left out of it.
Drew felt snubbed when Jason, Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) all worked together behind his back. That’s one reason why Drew’s keeping Jason out of the loop now. Of course, another reason is that this doesn’t really concern Jason. He was involved in the memory mapping study, but Drew’s the only one who needs to retrieve anything.
Nevertheless, Jason might be useful if they’d let him pitch in. He tends to accomplish what he sets his mind to. Jason has plenty of people in his corner, so he’d have quite a team behind him. They might make progress faster if Jason was part of the memory file hunt.
Unfortunately, Drew doesn’t trust Jason. He can’t count on his brother to have his best interests at heart. Perhaps Drew is wise to be wary. Jason would undoubtedly be helpful in this case, but some members of his GH posse can be dangerous.
It’s possible that Carly (Laura Wright) will resort to meddling again. General Hospital spoilers state that Carly will learn a crucial piece of information next week. She’ll promptly track down Jason and push him to learn more.
Maybe Sam will mention Drew’s search for the flash drive. A light bulb could go off for Carly, which could lead to the next “JaSam” reunion plot. Carly might believe finding the flash drive is the key to pushing Jason and Sam back together.
If they locate Drew’s memories and he undergoes a procedure to restore them, there’s no guarantee he’ll remember his love for Sam. Drew’s brain could reset to before his time in Port Charles. Even if Drew retains everything, he may not feel the same way about his wife.
Do Drew’s feelings for Sam hinge on his memories as Jason? Will Drew’s love fade after the procedure? Will Jason finally get his shot and give Carly the ultimate satisfaction?
