General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, February 2, tease that Maxie (Kristen Storms) will face some confusion. When she wakes up in bed, a sleepy-eyed Nathan (Ryan Paevey) will be beside her. Nathan will smile as he wishes Maxie good morning. She’ll be relieved to see her hubby alive and well, but this is just a cruel dream. Maxie will soon awaken and realize she’s all alone in her apartment.
Later, Nina (Michelle Stafford) will struggle with her grief. She’ll accept that Nathan is gone, but her sorrow will definitely be hard to bear. Across town, Ava (Maura West) will force Kiki (Haley Erin) into a difficult situation. Since Ava’s always desperate to see Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola), she might urge Kiki to babysit and let her sneak in a quick visit.
Friday’s GH preview video shows Kiki holding Avery as Michael gives her a suspicious look. He’ll ask if everything’s OK here, so maybe Ava will be lurking nearby. Michael won’t be happy if he discovers a scheme. The Corinthos family wants to make sure Ava has as little contact with Avery as possible.
Speaking of the Corinthos family, they’ll be facing another crisis on Friday. Sonny (Maurice Benard) just received a call that caught him off guard. His father, Mike (Max Gail), will show up in Monday’s episode, so this may be about him.
Sonny will admit he has some concerns, so Carly will offer a suggestion. She’ll argue that if Sonny thinks there’s going to trouble at his next meeting, he should take Jason (Steve Burton). It’s possible that Mike has been targeted because of Sonny. If not, maybe Sonny’s just being cautious about his estranged dad. There are some deep issues between them, so it wouldn’t hurt for Jason to tag along.
Until then, Jason will have to tackle some Drew (Billy Miller) drama. When Jason admits he’s known about Heinrik for a while, Drew will be livid. He’ll lash out at Jason for keeping him on the outside of all this. General Hospital spoilers say Drew will demand additional answers. He’ll want to know who Jason’s been working with.
Drew will be even more agitated over Sonny, Anna (Finola Hughes) and Spinelli’s (Bradford Anderson) involvement. He’ll feel like no one cares that his life was stolen from him, too. Drew should’ve been notified about anything regarding Faison, Heinrik and the memory mapping study.
Finally, Ava will bump into a frustrated Nelle (Chloe Lanier). Carly’s outburst will leave Nelle worried about her plan to win over Michael. After Nelle vents a bit, Ava will give her a warning. She’ll note that Carly will continue to use Nelle’s past against her.
