General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that one ABC soap star just had surgery again. If you’re a longtime fan of Emme Rylan (Lulu), you know she had a painful mishap a couple years ago. After an unfortunate collision with her young son, Rylan suffered a broken nose. She had a procedure to repair it, but it appears it didn’t go as well as she’d hoped.
On Instagram, Rylan revealed that she had to have another round of surgery. She posted a picture of herself with a bruised nose along and a brace to hold things in place. Thankfully, Rylan is looking on the bright side. She stayed positive about the situation and even cracked a joke about her black-and-blue look.
“I’m just one of those girls that posts pretty pictures with a soft filter,” Rylan said. She added “#instagrammodel,” so she’s obviously in good spirits. Naturally, many General Hospital viewers reached out to Rylan. Everyone wanted to wish her a speedy recovery as she works to get her nose back on track. Let’s hope this will be the last surgery Rylan needs.
Of course, Rylan’s nose could be discolored and swollen for a while. If she’s got some crucial scenes coming up on the show, she may not be able to miss filming. However, GH could work around that. After Billy Miller (Drew) injured his hand, General Hospital simply wrote that Drew had a bit of an accident while working on his car.
Even Rylan herself has taped scenes with injuries before. She was on crutches not too long ago after hurting her leg, so GH just had Lulu say she slipped while chasing the kids. Maybe they’ll turn this bruised nose into something humorous. Maxie (Kirsten Storms) could accidentally whack Lulu in the face or something along those lines. Those two are practically like Laverne and Shirley sometimes!
Regardless, General Hospital spoilers say Lulu will keep sniffing for the best scoops in town. Rylan appears to be on the mend, so that’s great news.
